The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are very helpful.

The bedding smelled very damp and unpleasant. Extremely unpleasant. For a 5-star hotel, this was a terrible experience. The bathroom had hair and a small piece of plastic due to poor cleaning. The chicken pho ordered in the room smelled stale, and the chicken meat was mushy and crumbly.

I've been here many times and every time I come back to Hanoi I want to stay here. It's luxurious, the staff is enthusiastic and it's the right environment I want to enjoy. There's nothing to complain about, just a bit expensive and it's being renovated so it's a bit noisy.

Make me not interested anymore to stay to this hotel again.

The service attitude of the staff does not respect Vietnamese guests

For business, this hotel is a good place to stay in Hanoi for an early morning trip but they need to add sofa at the lobby. It’s tiring to stand while waiting.
