Stayed here for 4 nights, the room was very comfortable, the service was very good, the room was clean, there are many fast food restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel.

The floor on the 5th floor is wet so it's slippery and uncomfortable. Please fix it again, okay?

Overall good. Friendly staff. Good security. Even when the parking lot was full, the security directed us to park behind the hotel, which is strategically located. The room was quite large. However, we happened to get a bathroom with a door that was difficult to close and a broken tissue holder. But it wasn't too disturbing. Always successful.

Parking is limited and there is no one to regulate it... the risk of the door being knocked on in the middle of the night because a car is going to leave

The food is delicious, the bread is also the best. One thing that is rarely found is maple syrup.. it's really good, the room is spacious. It's a shame the car park is a bit cramped.

The room was not equipped with slippers, a kettle, coffee and tea, only one pillow per bed (very minimal)... the kettle and slippers were only given after several requests to the Front Office... there was no coffee and tea... The breakfast menu was very minimal, only fried rice and kwetiau (all carbs)... 3 stars but very disappointing...

The room is very horrible and humid. No window at all, no air circulation. I changed hotel after I stayed for 15 minutes inside the room.

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. The facilities are quite complete.

Dirty, bad experience here

The pictures make it look nice, it is not. Dirty smelly room, no plug near bed for charging. Bathroom was gross and smelled bad. It's not a surprise but It's false advertisement the amount of editing they do on the pictures to make the place look nice.

The best for family vacation.

Price according to location, location is quite far from many tourist attractions. It is an alternative hotel if you want to stay in Denpasar city.

Air panasnya bahkan tidak hangat, tempat tidurnya apek, harga kamar terlalu mahal untuk kualitas jadul.

Lokasi strategis, lumayan murah, hanya mungkin karena bangunan lama jadi seharusnya dipasang lebih banyak lampu-lampu di lorong Dan kamar sehingga tidak ada kesan gelap di dalam.

Lift tidak fungsi, bangunan kuno, lampu banyak mati, SERAAM.

Parah menginap di hotel inih, kami rencana menginap di sini semalam dan sudah booking bahkan bayar lunas dari traveloka, dan ternyata malah kamar kami tidak tersedia dengan alasan dari resepsionisnya kode booking kami tidak ada di hotel tersebut, sedangkan di traveloka sudah muncul kode booking kami, setelah menunggu beberapa lama akhirnya kami di carikan sebuah apartement yang letaknya tidak jauh dari hotel tersebut, namun dikarnakan fasilitas di apartemen trsebut kurang nyaman, akhirnya kami memutuskan untuk tidak jadi menginap di sana, terima kasih atas kenangannya yang tidak terlupakan di hotel tersebut.
