Good value for price. Some rooms need to be updated

Inside the hotel was nice. The gazebos were a nice touch. The bridges to the rooms were not thought out well and were FAR too steep. My pregnant daughter slid down them and fell at the bottom. To get back out of her room she had to go barefoot so as not to slide.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Staff friendly rooms clean only complaint was morning breakfast tables were not cleaned for next people unless you asked then they cleaned that table but not the other dirty used tables the other super 8s always had a person there monitoring and cleaning during breakfast times

The hot tubs are no longer useable. The one bed was good but the other was rock hard and only 2 towels

100% NOT recommended mice all around the A.C in my room was stuck on and made my room freezing they did nothing about it when I called for extra blankets it took 40 minutes outside my room was warmer then my room plus when maids came they took all my towels and left me with one for the rest of my stay I really do not recommend this hotel when you check in ask if everything works before you get comfortable cause they will not accommodate or help in any way afterwards

Enjoyed the pool and sauna, but go before 8 pm. (Too many people after that.) Disappointed the hot tub was not in service.

Walls were paper thin noisy guests until 4am Booked room for 4 adults and two kids room on had two towels

It felt like walking into a tropical jungle, just missing the African birds. Staff are friendly, place is mediocre. Toilet rumbles every hour or so. Yeah it’s a 3/5 place. Good price, you get what you pay for.

There were no bath towels in the room.

No hot water at night when we checked in. In the morning it was lukewarm at best. Our room did not have hand towels or face cloths, nor blankets. All of these things we had to ask for. They provided blankets but said they ran out of hand towels and face cloths. Couldn’t control the air conditioning. Breakfast spread was extremely limited and gross. On top of this my friend’s bike got stolen off of her car (locked)! The hotel is obviously not responsible for stolen items from vehicles, but it’s worth mentioning that the parking lot was absolutely chaotic, jam packed and just sketchy. I don’t usually complain about hotels but this was by far the most disappointing place I’ve stayed at. Everything was unclean, sloppy and staff were rude.

The room was nice and comfortable. I like the tropical setting. The staff were friendly. I was disappointed that the hot tubs appear to be permanently unavailable. It is also the first place I have ever been asked to pay extra money if I wanted to check in early, i.e., before 3.

We were awakened at 1 am by someone successfully entering our room with a keycard fortunately we had the door latch engaged I phoned the desk they called me back and apologized and said they accidentally booked someone else in our room. I trusted them for my safety and felt violated it disrupted us and we had trouble sleeping after that

Decent stay for the price Room was clean overall, though you could tell the hotel is older. They seem to be doing their best with upkeep. The pool is in an open area, so noise really carried—especially between 9–10pm when kids were swimming. Breakfast was pretty minimal with cold muffins, toast, and a pancake machine, so I ended up going to McDonald’s for something more satisfying. That said, the hotel met our needs, was within budget, and felt safe. I’d stay again when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this motel. We appreciated the gardens, the front staff, & the decent breakfast snacks. We had a very good dinner a short walk away at the Oak Grill (Lamb Burger!), and a good night of sleep in our quiet room. Only issue was no cups or ice bucket were in the room-- 1st world problems! We will stay here again if we're in Prince George.
