I loved the beautiful courtyard

The place has greatly deteriorated since our last stay. The amenities at the properties are much decreased. The front desk is frequently unmanned. Their procedures with checking in are unusual and time consuming. We wont be returning. At the price we were charged, there are many other places we could stay at that are nicer.

Not the cleanest in the bathroom

Pool had no filtration and was disgustingly dirty. Advertised a hot tub that doesn’t exist. Sauna is run down and only works occasionally. Toilets barely flush. Room key stopped working after first night had to get it reprogrammed for the following night. no microwave in the room.

Liked: very pretty with exotic plants and bridges. Disliked: restaurant dinner was really good but was not told that the rice and garlic bread was extra.

Breakfast was spotty. Pancake machine on the fritz, toaster took forever and dried out the bread, only strawberry jam as a choice, only strawberry or vanilla yogurt as choices, No fresh fruit, only fruit cups. No bagels or English muffins--bread. That was it. Been inn other Super 8's with much better breakfasts.

Just don’t! This place is run down and the pics on Expedia are not what you get when you get there. I’m sure they have a few rooms that are renovated to be nice, but it’s a crap shoot if you’re gonna get one. Then when you say something or they screw up like they did when returning my deposit. They make out like it’s your fault they can’t do their job. How hard is it to put your deposit back on the debit card you paid with not the visa debit you didn’t pay with? Next to impossible according to them once they realized they screwed up and decided to take it out on me. There was puke in the hallway, none of the water features are working, some empty some with stagnant water in them. Hot tubs are out of order and covered in plywood. Really miss the old Esters Inn this place formerly was! A gem never to be seen again.

We love coming everytime we come to prince. The garden inside is my favorite and my son loves the pool

The property itself was very nice and convenient.

Security tried but the random non room holders in the area were still there

Half used bottles of lotions and shampoos. Our room phone rang in the middle of the night both nights. When answered, no one on the other end. Super noisy- pool closes at 9pm but people would still be splashing and being loud till 11pm. Could hear every conversations being held right outside our door in the lounging areas. Homeless people digging in the garbages and mooching at the entry way. Garbage all over the property. Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular

Was told Online they had cribs available / and told us they don’t have any. Blood on the toilet so not properly cleaned . Terrible Service .

The pipes from the upper floor was really noisy ….glad they only showered once .!

I just love this place. Dog friendly and the staff are great.

Not so.ewhere I would stay again.
