Friendly staff, good location

Perfect place to stay if you need a place in this part of Germany. Friendly staff. Big breakfast. AC! And, a short walk to one of the most spectacular 18c German palaces. Several nice place to eat very close.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are very friendly. The hotel is close to the main station and the central area.

Great location, lots of choice for breakfast and clean room

This was just a single night stay as I was going to watch my favourite band play at the HEAT festival at the Rock Fabrik. The hotel was about a five minute walk from the station and a 15 - 20 minute walk to the venue. Check in was fast and efficient plus the receptionist very kindly allowed me to check-in 20 minutes early, which was much appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you needed including tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which you don't always get in hotels in Germany. Although breakfast was included I didn't partake of it so can't comment regarding the selection available. The dining room did look nice though with pristine white table cloths. I would definitely return to this hotel if I was in Ludwigsburg again.

Good hotel, near station and small shopping mall. You can choose this hotel depending on the price comparing with others near by.

Property needs attention. The dead bolt on the door in my room was broken. I did inform management. Breakfast was mediocre.

Elevator didnt work again. Will not stay here again.

The roads around the hotel are under construction and many are closed so your navigation has trouble getting you here. There is no parking unless you reserve at the hotel in their tiny garage. The WiFi is non existent in the rooms and in the restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. If you are traveling with a dog there is nowhere nearby with grass.

Everything was absolutely fine except the WIFI was terribly slow and sometimes didn't work at all. This was the case over a period of four days.

The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station or parking is available for a fee. The rooms are clean and modern. Very nice breakfast buffet.many restaurants and shopping is around the hotel.

Very comfortable beds and bedding. Single room is on a small side, but had everything needed. There is a sauna (not a spa) in the hotel that needs to be ordered 30 min before one uses it.

Front desk people were very accommodating. Hotel was clean and room was nice. Free WiFi. Didn’t like bed. Bed was two twins pushed together and very hard. Each bed had its own small comforter. It was weird.

We wanted a hotel just outside Stuttgart to use as a base for visiting the Porsche and Mercedes museums. This fitted the bill perfectly. A typical Best Western city hotel, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. If you drive, book a parking space before you arrive. They have an underground car park which is very secure, but spaces are limited. The hotel bar is nice with a very friendly Italian barman, but quite pricey. The town is just 5 minutes walk away with several shops and restaurants. We had two good meals at restaurants around the square. All in all I would recommend staying here if you wish to visit Stuttgart but would rather not stay in the city centre.
