Nice big rooms, friendly staff.

Really nice hotel - gorgeous room, brilliant amenities and a really convenient location.

The room size and bathroom size are comfortable. It’s an easy walk from the train station. It was not as clean as I’d like, food droppings on carpet near bed. The bathroom sink stopper wasn’t working.

Not a bad overnight stay for the area

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights whilst visiting family. Great room facilities excellent & location fab - the staff were really helpful! Will stay again!

One issue was the shower which needs a grab handle to assist getting in and out as the bath is high. The other one is that the hotel no longer does breakfast, so you need to be aware of that

Great hotel but on a Saturday night it is a nightclub. I could not sleep until that stopped at 1 am. I lay in bed identifying every song. Not just a bit of pub noise, booming loud music. It was excessively noisy. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay

Personally my Stay was great, the room was very large and lots of space. Reception staff helpful. However had to remove a star as another couple in our party had their room cancelled on the day with no warning or communication until they arrived

the rooms are ok are clean and spacios with some trendy decoraction in the walls. if my rating is only average is because the reception area is letting the hotel down, the carpet on the floor looks really worn out and there was no receptionist when we got there , we need it to wait for him to come down. the bar club area can get a strange atmosphere at night.

Great hotel, neat rooms and cracking bar area. Highly recommended. Although a non smoking room, it did smell a little of cigarettes.

Central to Surbiton.

The air conditioning in room 304 does not work. Even with the curtains closed it was 31C on check in around 16:00 and by 20:00 it was still 29C and overnight never got below 23C. I stay in the area weekly and have stayed in that room before (maybe 2 years ago) and informed staff that A/C didn't work. Vomit on the ramp outside the front door, there since last week, had not been cleaned up. No breakfast any more, but there is a good cafe (Ikon) around the corner.

Short stay hotel suited our visit as close to railway station

Stayed for 2 nights. Generally tidy and well maintained room. Decent sized and comfortable bed. Facilities such a fridge, kettle and coffee machine in the room. Decent barroom. Little bit noisy of an evening above the lounge but they provided ear plugs so sleep was not majorly disturbed. Walking distance of the station and Wetherspoons next door. Good location.

Rather noisy until 1am each night.

Good central location with parking, a little away from the hotel. Excellent trains etc. Good rooms, quiet.
