1 night stay, staff was pleasant, and hotel was clean and quiet

I had a positive experience as a solo traveler. The room was modern and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. It was located conveniently off the highway.

Overall, my stay at the Best Western was very nice. The service was wonderful; the woman who checked me in at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the man setting up for breakfast at 4:30 am (before breakfast was open) brought me a bagel, which was very much appreciated before my road trip. I stayed by myself and felt perfectly safe as a woman in my 20s.  The only reason I took off a star was because I had an issue with my first room, but the woman at the desk was able to set me up with a nice new room right away. I would recommend the hotel and will stay again!

Room was clean AC worked good quiet area at night

Property seems a bit tired and in need of sprucing up. Easy access to Richmond’s sights.

It was fine except for the musty smells. They’re under renovation so hopefully they’ll fix that. Slept well, front desk clerks were pleasant and they had a decent breakfast.
