We arrived late and the rooms were not ready. The rooms were dirty, we had to request a room change. Its so loud, the rooms were humid and overall nasty.

The staff was nice I book a single bed room and got a double. When I went to use the elevator it was questionable. The room is clean but I can tell they gave me one of the oldest rooms.

Great staff very clean. Comfortable beds. Door locks need updating and please replace the horrible pillows.

Very old and rundown. Elevator is small old and scary. Cantina across the street is extremely noisy well into the early morning hours. Do not recommend.

Property is near the central plaza. I had problems with the reservation. I wanted two rooms with king size beds near each other. We were one floor apart and one room had two double beds. No hot water. Air conditioning just didn’t function in either room. There were many roaches in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Central location, clean

Very outdated hotel. Noisy hallways - rooms. Door to unit did not seal. Could hear and smell everything in the hall way. Bathroom was a disaster, clean, but super old. Check in staff was not prepared or very helpful. The best person there was the cleaning lady. She should be the boss.

Sparse but clean. They ran out of hot water but resolved the problem with options. Staff were very helpful.

Old building, needs improvements. It is close to the center of the city. The restaurant food is amazing.
