A little out dated but clean. Restaurant on site was amazing and the shopping centre a short walk away was great. Would stay there again but will slightly lower expectations of the room condition.

Helpful staff and secure parking is convenient. Beds are comfortable and rooms clean. Features in rooms are basic but for price its as expected.

The hotel is well kept, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and big, but there was no dish soap, you had to supply your own?!? Makes NO sense considering they force you to wash your dishes. Previous appart hotels had basic soap to get you by. Table was dirty when we came in... Also, we booked this thinking parking was included: surprise! Was not. Street parking available, but a big wedding at the hotel. No parking available. 10 euros per night for the parking... Thankfully, the hotel supplied a workaround for the issues. We also booked a late checkout and got woken up by mistake at 11 am, which sucked, because I couldn't fall back asleep. They gave us complimentary coffee for the issue. Overall, this was close to everything we wanted, but for the price, I will look elsewhere next time.

We had an excellent night's stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. We got great service from the folks at the counter on our arrival. We got a nice big room with a kitchenette and it was great to have a fridge in the room. Finally we had an air con in the room that actually worked well in the heat of France. The Wifi was very good and the shower good. The bed was great and we had one of our best sleeps on our holiday. There was parking underneath the building for only 10 Euros. We used Uber to get into the city, and the charges were 8-10 euros per trip. Overall, very good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

We really liked our stay there. We are travelling on a budget, so we're looking for affordable prices and this apart-hotel was great. Big room, comfortable, quiet, with free parking indoors, the staff was always very receptive, kind and helpful.

We only stayed for 1 night and the property was fine. Nice staff and clean

This is not a regular hotel, but a hybrid apartment building. There is a kitchen, you have to clean after yourself and throw away your garbage when you check out. If you want any other hotel-like service like cleaning, it is extra. No staff over night, so you get a code to get into the building after 11pm. Decent breakfast for a decent price, a swimming pool and large balcony for each room. No weights In the gym, only a treadmill and a stationary bike, so frustrating considering the gym was a selling point when I booked. The room is quite large and not too bad. The front desk staff is top notch and they can speak a few languages each, and quite well. Special thanks to Jamila and Cedrick, who are very nice, communicative and helpful.

Budget priced hotel and generally exceeded expectations. Room is large, clean and has small working kitchen area. Hotel is fairly quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. Has restaurant within hotel which serves a good breakfast and excellent dinner meals, especially the daily specials, for reasonable price. Hotel has small laundry and small gym. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again when in Montpellier for business.

Very slow wifi, missing items in the kitchen, poor water pressure in the shower. but in overall- not too bad

Very helpful staff managed to let us check in early. Room was nice and spacious for a 1 bed studio. Balcony was nice and even had a bath! Pool was very nice too.. just no morning sun. Only downside was we had quite a few ants in our apartment and it was a little out of the way (although the tram into the city was only a 10min walk away)

An excellent choice for the budget traveller. Great value for money. Hotel and room in excellent condition. Great staff. Comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. Only fault was the shower pressure which was not constant during use, affecting the temperature.

Not bad hotel

Simple aparthotel useful for business. Clean, large rooms. Accessible to Montpellier centre by car and access to highway. Area surrounding very sparse of shops or restaurants.

Not one of the best places to stay unless you have a car, or you like a building site!! as a big apartment building work is ongoing with very loud drilling and hammering noises starting at 07:30 AM throughout the day this Apartments Hotel did not have basic facilities in the kitchenette i.e. cleaning materials, dish cloth etc., you have to pay for everything on top, for a relatively expensive stay considering the facilities on offer; you have warning all over the place if you do this your pay this; if you need someone to come to make up your room it is extra 25.00 euros, excluding the kitchenette, the room I was given was overlooking the back of the building where some towels and tissues where thrown over and dangling from the trees / plants, cigarettes stumps where all over the balcony and the ground below the balcony, do not be misled with the photos, check the room first before accepting it Room Tip: Very noisy with the on going building work next to the hotel
