The staff was not helpful. The property is good for location just the staff. I didn’t feel welcome any of the 3 times that I have stayed this last month. Kept going back for the location

Staff was un attentive.

Pool was closed during our stay which made a big impact on our stay. Hotel should advise guests in the future if it will be closed during their stay. Should have a concierge to help guests navigate the city including activities.

Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping excellent, breakfast very good, front desk staff could try to be a bit more helpful and not as abrupt with their answers. e.g. "Could you call me a taxi? ..Taxi out there." "You owe for breakfasts. ...I paid when I arrived....No.... Let me check- oh I see ok" Some of this is a lost in translation problem but the effect is to make the customer feel like they are annoying the staff.

Very clean facilities with great staff. Perfect location next to Madrid Rio.

Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean, shower room very good, beds really comfy. Was a good location with an efficient bus service to and from the centre close by.

The fact that we couldn't speak much Spanish, it would have been nice if the gentlemen working the front desk knew a bit more English. The young lady at the desk when we arrived was very helpful. There also seemed to be a shortage of towels. There were two of us staying in our room. Some days they did not give enough towels for the two of us, and one day we didn't receive any towels at all. We had to call the front desk. The restaurant was nice, and the food was good. However, I did feel a bit uncomfortable with the wait staff. I had a feeling they were discussing us and not in a good way.

Staff were nice and helpful

NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares was everything I expect from a quality hotel. The room was clean and the service was exceptional. The staff was very courteous and helpful with any questions my wife or I had.

Some staff are great like the girl who checked us in, and the restaurant and cleaning people. Front deak people are not welcoming. Hotel overall is good, hallways are dark though. Just an average hotel.

Nos encantó el hotel, está muy bonito. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el servicio fue excelente. El hotel queda muy céntrico.

The mattress in room 409 was like sleeping on the floor, it was so extremely hard, it didn't even feel like a matteress, I was not sleep fot the three nights I stayes there. Also the bathroom does have a fan so it's very inconvenient.

Excellent

The hotel is close to down town by walking 15 min or car about 8 minutes. The hotel doesn’t offer coffee maker or tea maker in the room as there is no water bottle placed as a courtesy. The price at the lobby for a water bottle is $4.50 a bit excessive so as the room price in my opinion, maybe it was a high season.
