Hotel is located very close to all Madrid sites. Room is specious with window to the street. Bed is comfortable. We enjoyed roof top for sunset and used swimming pool to relax and have very delicious drinks. Staff is friendly. Hotel is very well maintained. Would stay there any time.

The staff were beyond helpful, nothing too much trouble. The room was spotless and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very good. As we were out and about most of the day we didn’t bother eating in the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect, nor did we have the time to use the spa.

We spent three nights here. The property is spotless, and the location is very close to most attractions. They also have an amazing rooftop where you can have drinks while waiting for sunset. I hope the male receptionists will learn from their female colleagues to have a smile while attending to guests.

Nice staff - clean room & hotel

Lovely, well maintained and perfect location.

Great location & rooftop terrace.

The hotel was in a great location, right off the metro and a 10 minute walk to Atocha station. The room was clean but the air conditioning was weak, as to be expected in Europe. Our room rarely got under 73 degrees. The rooftop was amazing but the pool was closed when we wanted to go.

The stay was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing details. The room didn’t have basic amenities like hair conditioner and body lotion, which I would normally expect. Also, the condition of the room felt quite dated — I’d say it was about a 3-star level at best. It could definitely use some updates.

Perfect location. Easy to get around from here. EST burger and tacos right next door.

Great breakfast. Fine room. As a geologist, I especially appreciated the serpentinite tiles in the shower room :-)

The place is really good which is a reflection of the price you pay. Strange that they put instant coffee in a city where good coffee is everywhere. It’s better they don’t put it at all.

Fantastic place, would stay here again

The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Staff were wonderful and very professional and friendly too. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and lots of variety to choose from. Would love to stay there again next time.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable, extremely loud at night from street noises and with all windows and doors closed, unable to sleep for 3 nights. Great breakfast was the only positive from this stay.

The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean.
