Very nice apartment style room high above Kungshamn, with fantastic sweeping views. Also a large deck with seating areas and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was off property at a nearby restaurant and was also very good. Plenty of parking next to hotel. Easy walking to everything. Comfy beds and extra room with bunk beds for kids, which we didn’t need. Full kitchen. Only negative was that the A/C didn’t seem to work, so we opened a window instead. Highly recommended.

Hotel Kungshamn is very conveniently located at the center of Kungshamn close to the bus station and marina. It's also a short drive from Smögen, which is one of the liveliest "summer towns" of the Swedish west coast. The apartment is cozy, spacious and clean. The decks overlook the ocean and the town and is a nice place to hang out in the evening. The breakfast spread is great and having EV chargers is another convenience. You have access to Presbyran convenience store, Hamnabageriet (bakery), coffee shop, supermarket, restaurants and the marina all within walking distance. For dining options , recommend checking out Calmars Verandah (Scandinavian) next door, Chok dee (Asian) or Thairestaurang Prästgården AB all within walking distance of the hotel. If you are driving, make sure you ask for directions to the hotel's parking lot ahead of time. All in all, highly recommend the hotel.

The room was huge with 2 walls of glass, full sized kitchen and large balcony. It was the off season so the restaurant and bar were closed.

This location was convenient to restaurants stores and the harbor. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it. Staff was friendly. We loved Kunhshamn and Smogen was so close too.

Our room was in the annexe which was located about 200m from the main hotel building. On entering the bathroom of the first room allocated to us there was an extremely unpleasant smell so we made the trek back up to reception in the main building where we were informed that this room had been closed up for the season and should not have been given to us. The second room, upstairs in the annexe, was odour free albeit still very basic and lacking any character - more like a hostel room. The stated WiFi we found out was confined to accommodation and the lobby of the main building only which necessitated a trek up the hill to gain access to it. Breakfast was again fairly basic and unappealing - certainly not one to linger over. Overall a rather disappointing experience and far from the 4 star expectation.

Fint, rymligt rum

Når man betalar ca.4000 för 2 övernattningar med frukost forvänter man sig frisk kaffe inte pulvekaffe och inte daggammelt bröd överkokte äg lite påläg lite ost lite frukt och grönt juice i plastikglas filmjölk i plastglas och inte ska diska och ta ut sopar. Ingen hygienhink på badrum

Sentralt.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet, med ljus vacker design. Från vår lägenhet med viss havsutsikt kunde vi se bron och havet på ena sidan och havet åt andra hållet och fick njuta av en vacker solnedgång. Hann även äta pizza på balkongen. God frukost. Nöjd med vistelsen i Kugshamn och Smögen. Lätt att parkera vid hotellet.

Når man bestiller et hotel, incl morgenmad, er det ikke ok at morgenmaden er en kurv som står i rummet når man kommer. Det er helt uacceptabelt, at man først får den information på ankomst dagen, især når opholdet ikke kan ændres, hvis jeg havde kunnet var det blevet ombooket. Jeg er på forretningsrejse, jeg har ingen interesse i at bo i en lejlighed for en enkelt overnatning.

Bra läge men där finns mycket att önska till priset jag betalade. Dåligt städat, dammigt och det låg chipsrester kvar på flera ställen. En helt demolerad solstol precis utanför balkongdörren, men annars fin utsikt. På frukosten fick vi leta efter tallrikar så man glömt ställa fram och jag fick två stora bitar äggskal i äggröran.

Toppenläge. Trevlig personal. Saknade dock fil och hårt bröd till frukost.

Vår enorma altan med utgång även till soldäck och jacuzzi var fantastisk! Utsikten från rum och altan, WOW, kunde inte vara bättre. Sängarna underbart sköna. Mycket smakfullt inredd lägenhet. Allt famns. Kunde ha stannat många nätter om tid funnits. Mycket trevlig personal. Trots att vi var tidiga fick vi tillgång till rummet. Parkering i samma höjd som hotellets ingång, dock lite svår att hitta. Att avsluta vår vistelse i restaurangen med en frukost som hade allt vi kunde önska, inget kjnde vara bättre!

Fantastisk utsikt från en stor altan utanför ett rymligt, bekvämt och välutrustat rum. Möjligen kunde städningen (under sängen) ha varit lite mer lyckosam.

Frukosten levde inte upp till våra förväntningar. Det saknades en del.

The rooms are very beautiful. The location of the hotel is perfect and the view is amazing.
