Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms and helpful friendly staff

Cons: 1. Bringing a tiny dog cost us 100PLN/night, rather hefty. 2. The messages we received were disastrous. The masseuse had no strength when pressing. At the end of the session, instead of gently waking the guest up, she almost yelled. This is experience from both me and my partner. A waste of money. 3. On the room key holder, it's stated (in Polish only) 10% discount is offered for massages and hotel restaurant from Sunday to Thursday. At check out, I was billed full amount. After asking, the receptionist changed the bill to include the discount. Kind of feel like they're trying to fool you. 4. There's only one bottle in the shower for shampoo+shower gel combination. Pros: 1. Parking on site was cheap, 40PLN for a day. And there're plenty of free street parking close by. 2. Facilities were very fresh and tastefully designed. 3. Food from the hotel restaurant is fantastically delicious and good looking, at good prices. 4. The spa facilities were well maintained and has all we needed, a steam sauna, a dry sauna and a bubble pool. Not too many guests were using them when we were there.

The staff was cold I would definitely not call them rude but they were far from friendly. If your an international travel expecting their to be usb outlets, there are none. Reception does not have any converters. We had two rooms mine were missing all the towels which may have been a mishap because we asked for rooms next to each other and they had to change our rooms to accommodate. They mistakenly had a charge for breakfast under one our rooms but took it off after taking time to check to confirm we did not actually go. Personally I would book something else if I had to choose again. They do have a lovely spa with sauna and jacuzzi. A lounge room with billiards.

Very good hotel, very well priced.

Fantastic service and an absolutely delightful concierge man. great location as well. The only comment I have is that rather than one large duvet in my king's size bed I had two single duvets. The room service finished at 9pm, possibly because there was a wedding going on. However, they were very flexible and still served me a glass of wine. I loved my room with a terrace and a massive bathroom. The room was enormous. It felt like an upgrade from more typical 5* city hotels.

Most amazing apartment lovely decorated and comfortable with sofas, nice cozy bed and beautiful marble bathroom. We also tried the standard room and it was beautiful and clean as well. Nice spa and Wellness area that we did not try though. We tried the room service for breakfast and it was good. Beautiful place for dining and I guess the food will be lovely.

Overall a good hotel. More of a 4 star than a 5 star in my opinion, however overall very good. Location from Wroclaw centre is not the greatest. If you are looking for a city centre hotel, this is not the hotel for you.

It was an absolute waste of money and huge disappointment. There was only one person working doing reception, housekeeping and spa. Apparently because it’s Easter but hotel invites guests to stay there for Easter... they charge for toothbrush and don’t offer toothpaste. Very poor quality. Service is awful. Would never stay there again. Don’t waste money pay a little more and stay in amazing Monopol hotel.

There was no indoor pool as described. We were in old area. Hotel has new and old area.

Expedia website is misleading that hotel doesn’t have swimming pool. I highly disappointed

Nice hotel but woefully understaffed and its use as a function venue means that hotel guests are left adrift and awake at 3am as music from discos could wake the dead. A great shame as the venue is lovely and the food is of a good quality.
