The elevator has been waiting for 1 hour and still hasn't gone. Check-in procedure is too slow.

I feel satisfied with everything, I have nothing to be dissatisfied with. I thank you very much for the enthusiasm of the receptionists and the security staff. Regarding food, the view to relax while eating is wonderful, the food is fresh and delicious and the staff is attentive. Thank you very much.
