Nice hotel, friendly staff

Good location near to bars and restaurants in the old town. Good walks by river plenty of parks open spaces. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Would have liked tea coffee making facilities in room

Great place to stay

Building is old although it’s remodeled inside. On the second night, pretty bad smell from shower drain was coming out, so they gave me another room to sleep. Even though the second room to just sleep was a little smaller, but it was newer and nicer.

The location of this hotel is in a restricted area and as a tourist always it is a concern to be fined if you are not authorized to drive by these kind of sectors. The hotel is old but well suited.

Prime location with professional and helpful front desk staff. Plaza de Castillo, a variety of shops (including a small market) are close by and easy to get to. Parking for this property is off site but nearby and convenient. Rooms were clean and appear to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The hotel cafe/restaurant was excellent. Perfect for dinner or an afternoon coffee. We found this property very accommodating when traveling with small children.

Staff was very kind friendly and helpful and hotel is clean and beds very comfortable! One recommendation is to have lotion and shampoo and hot water in room for tea and coffee. Thank you!

Amazing staff!

Great location for the San Fermin Festival and the Running of the Bulls. If you’re looking for a quiet stay this is not your place, but if you want to be right in the middle of it all then this is the perfect place. The hotel bar is ground zero for partying. What a fun time. The hotel was also helpful in entailing balcony reservations and tickets to the nightly bullfights.
