Bathroom was clean but horribly designed Could reach the toilet paper when sitting on the toilet Shower was extremely small Bed was like a wooden board. Would not recommend for comfort but was clean

Really could do with some coffee/tea making facilities in thr room, like every other hotel on earth has. Didnt really appreciate the dog barking in the morning. Also...because of the hard wooden floors, the cleaners moving beds sounded like all hell breaking loose. Reception staff were really good, but the three younger staff in the restuarant were dreadful.

Lovely lounge area and staff were very friendly. Nice spa area which is FOC before 4pm. Room was a bit small, not to well insulated and dark but lovely views and WiFi was very good for a hotel

Great location for skiing at Pila

We had a brilliant week Staff are superb Get a ski locker up under the bubble when buying ski passes - saves carrying skis every morning, especially if you are with small children.

We cannot rate the service and this hotel high enough. Everything from check in through to breakfast the next morning was just top class. The room was stylish and very comfortable, let alone the view from the balcony; the sunset and sunrise just stunning. There is a spa to relax in, and the food was just excellent. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely return

The hotel is located at the top of the Pila mountain, above the Aosta town. It is within the Pila ski resort area. Beautiful view of the valley as well as the Aosta town

Beautiful surroundings. As we were only on a one night stopover we didn't pay extra for a room with a mountain view, but if you were staying longer it would be worth it. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel both of which were okay.

Great stay, lovely small hotel and very warm and friendly staff. Only fault was no tea making facilities in the rooms. Other than that top marks!!

C’est toujours un plaisir que de faire une halte dans cet hôtel simple et très accueillant. J’y vais surtout pour l’emplacement et la vue splendide. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Il y a aussi un spa jamais testé en revanche.

Struttura ben arredata, SPA, parcheggio, vicina a tutte le attrattive. Personale gentilissimo. Ristorante con ottime scelte. Super consigliato.

Great hotel

although the weather was working against us a bit, we had a great time in Pila. When the clouds finally cleared it turned out we had an amazing view of the Mont Blanc from our room! The staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!
