Public areas in hotel were really nice. Rooms were in major need of updating and renovation but we found them acceptable for a weekend. We had the buffet option at the restaurant, food was exceptionally poor with dinner I’d suggest not safe to eat; hot breakfast even at opening was cold

Clean room and amenities were very useful

The room was clean, although showing signs of wear. The 1st night we only had luke warm water to shower, probably it had been used up as the hotel was very full, it was ok after that. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The amenties were as stated, i only used the gym which was a bit small but had a reasonable selection of equipment. The food was ok a bit cold, but that is normal for the Spanish, but a good selection and plentiful. Drinks at the bar and restaurant were not overly priced.

Extremely disappointed with our stay, the cleanliness and hygiene was so appalling we could only manage 1/3 of the nights we had booked and had to seek urgent accommodation elsewhere. The experience fell far below the expected standards of comfort and cleanliness. Upon arrival, we also discovered that the property was teeming with feral cats, something that was not disclosed prior to booking. This caused significant distress, as my Mum suffers from allergies and I have a phobia of cats.

Staff were amazing, got one of our rooms checked in early so our group had a place to get changed. Offered to store bags etc and sorted anything we needed. Helpful with local places of interest, places to eat and things to see.

Albir gardens was in a good location, easy check in and the parking was ok

Supposed to be self catering, no wine glasses, no cooking, nothing to cook or clean with in kitchen. Freezing cold heater barely wirked broughg us a small fan heater fif e room apartment, 1 geater in wall barekg gave any heat. Tired old furniture abd kitchen.

Staff very helpful, my block was nice and quiet and the resort was very clean.

The room we were given had 2 camp beds and a dirty sofa and old fashioned bathroom. It was so bad that we did not stay in the room. We checked out 30 minutes after arriving and informed reception that we did not like the room on departure. No offers were made to find us a different room

The parking at the hotel is always full and can't be used at all. No air conditioning in the bedroom was very disappointing. In general the facilities are old and not very well maintained.

Good stay weather wasn't to good as we only went for 4days. Isobel was very good on reception met all my needs. Would stay again didn't use the restraunt as we were self catering so can't comment on the food

Me my Wife and 2 our children spend a week in Albir garden resort from Sept 15 till Sept 22nd and i need to say it was a great time Staff is very friendly and helpful Bar staff very nice and friendly Food in restaurant was fresh and very well prepared pool area very spacious and very important you don't have to fight for sunbeds ! pool entertainment fantastic ! i love aqua aerobics with Nico water park is fabulous rom

Good for short break

A wonderful place for families. Three swimming pools and a water park.Food nice ,but accommodation a little jaded. Third floor rooms with no lift.

Stopped here 2 nights. Great atmosphere hotel rooms a bit out dated and need a refit but would def stay again

a nice enough place a bit out of the way the kids did have fun but a mostly spanish resort.

It is in a lovely position and we were able to walk to all the local amenities, bars, restaurants, market, shops, etc. However, very noisy at night and we had to complain 3 times about noise from adjoining apartments. One party of school children in 2 rooms in our block were out of control and there were no teachers in the block to supervise them. Check this in advance!

A good value hotel with simple standard rooms. Pieceful and quite with a good breakfast available to affordable price. Maintenance could have been somewhat better, and there is very little cutlery in the kitchen. Heated inside swimming pool and two hot tubs in addition to the pools outside. Rooms heated for the colder periods of the year, located approx. 10-15 minutes from the beach. A number of stores etc close by.
