While the service was friendly, I felt the hotel itself was not as advertised. The hotel itself seemed a little outdated. The bed was dreadfully hard and the pool was drained and closed. Overall it was pretty underwhelming.

No bathroom items

Nice hotel, but we had an older room, carpet on the floor. The room and hall could use updating. The room was clean and no issues.

The location is great. Need some trainings to employees for cleaning. They are talkative with open their room. It was noisy day and evening.

Nice view and very good location near the beaches

The staff who was working on the 11th floor was very kind.

Counter staff is friendly. The view is very good. The room has quite a bit of space, cleanness and great location.

Location and facility were good. However, the room was dark, and cockroach was found. I would not recommend.

The rioms were much smaller than expected. I was given an "oceanview" but since it was the second floor, we couldnt see much of the ocean.

Very good ocean view. Room was just good enough and maintained OK. Was a bit noisy in the night die to local highway in front of the hotel.

온돌방으로 가족이 묵었는데, 화장실은 만족! 난방도 만족! 다만 이불이 twin으로 두개래서 넉넉할 줄 알았는데, 세명이서 쓰기엔 좀 작았어요. 오션뷰인데 3층이라 좀 아쉬웠지만, 가격 위치 맘에 듭니다.

Very old and NOT Clean. Hair everywhere, Old and dirty Toilet, improperly made beds, dusty and beat up furnitures. Libby is like a discount dollar store cheap and old with strange colour furnitures that you don’t want to seat in. Dirty everywhere... Pictures in the wall are like in a horror movies. Burnt out light bulbs. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Just big old and dirty hotel and expensive price. I travel many parts of the world and this hotel ,I will remember. Don’t waste your money... Hot spa is small and old and closes and 12 noon that you cannot go if you sleep in but don’t worry , it’s not worth going. The reviews in the hotel sight are not true. Maybe they got free rooms and got paid...

서비스 친절하고 산 전망 설악산 뷰가 좋았어요. 다만 객실 천장등이 2개밖에 없고 간접등이 하나도 없어서 전반적으로 침침하고 원룸같은 느낌이었어요. 벽지도 일부분 들떠서 떨어져있구요. 저렴한 가격에 예약한 객실이라 감안하고 지냈지만 이런 객실인걸 알았다면 돈을 더 내고 다른 객실을 예약했을거에요. 콘센트고 일부는 전력이 왔다갔다 했습니다.
