The hosts were amazing. You can see they take great pride in what they do, it certainly shines through. Can not recommend Steps Farmhouse enough.

The room was very clean, well provisioned. The check-in was seamless and check-out just as good. Great location and breakfast was really good. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

What a find ! Gorgeous 16th Century Farmhouse B&B. Fantastic that the wonderful hosts Sharon & Paul are fully dog-friendly - as I was on a solo short break with our younger dog, we were both made welcome. Lovely clean, nicely decorated spacious room. Bonus of a fridge with water & a small glass bottle of proper milk ie not sachets etc, to go with the well stocked courtesy tray. Lots of little touches, like various "I've forgotten" items, wine glasses, glass tumblers & corkscrew ... even a hair "turban" for use after washing your hair ! Nice shared outside seating area dor use by my & neighbouring room. Whilst we didn't make use of it, the communal garden had garden furniture, as well as seating inside the summerhouse. which also had an honesty bar .. lovely idea. Breakfasta were superb, great choice of cereals, fresh fruit, dishes of fruut, greek + fruit yoghurt, mini pastries. Plus cooked breakfast - vegetarians catered for. Friendly, welcoming hosts who happily offered suggestions of places to go, where to go for dinner. Only downside is I didn't stay longer !

We loved our quick stay at Steps Farmhouse. Our room was so lovely and clean and comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room environment was so warm and welcoming. Couldn’t have loved it more.

We stayed in the twin room. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Sharon and Paul are very good hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was extremely good. We would definitely stay here again

Wow, What an exceptionally lucky find. Hosts Sharon and Paul could not have been more friendly and welcoming. It is rare to find a place where simply everything has been thought of, down to every last detail. Our room was cosy, very quiet and peaceful. Ideally located for the North Somerset/Devon coast and perfect for Dunster Castle. Breakfast was also something special. We shall definitely be back.

This B&B was just perfect. A lovely welcome and beautiful spotlessly clean bedroom with lots of character and lots of little extras. We had the best breakfast we have had in a long time and the area was great for walking and the coast.
