We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a really lovely time. The food was great, the views were beautiful, and there were plenty of pools to choose from. We really appreciated having a separate adults-only area as well as easy access to the beach. The staff at the bar and at reception were fantastic. Always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really made a difference to our experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, facilities and great food.

Not bad, rooms could be much cleaner. Dirty cups in the dining area on clean tables - kind of like when you overfill the dishwasher. But other then that it was fine.

I loved the karaoke night, best of all.

Very enjoyable holiday, very close to a great beach, good selection of food, very satisfied overall.

Great hotel, Nothing to do outside of the hotel complex apart from the beach. Wide variety of food pool and views were fantastic. Room was modernised and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful in every department. Would recommend to other families especially if your kids are between 4-12 kids club runs through the day.

For the 4 Star rating one should expect a modern confortable mattress.

Loved this place. The convenience of the all inclusive was great for the first stop on our trip. The staff was very friendly as well. The only bummer was we ha to pay for wifi per day. All in all a great place though!

This hotel should have everything going for it but it fails on all the important components of a much-needed holiday break. The main service area has a marked "institutional" feel, spacious but with bland decoration and an absence of landmarks to help orientate anyone unfamiliar with the layout of a large resort hotel. The chalet style rooms were not part of the main building, were unheated (night-time temperatures in March were below 12C) and all pools were cold so nobody could swim. We asked for an extra blanket but this did not arrive until we reminded reception after another chilly night. Beds were below the standard of the Barcelona Princess Hotel we stayed in last year. The gymn was clean but not maintained, all cardiovascular equipment was unuasable and the gymn was often used by unsupervised children as a play area. Meals were awful and we regretted the "all-inclusive choice". The "hot" food was often cool or barely warm, salads were certainly not fresh with many ingredients stale and dry. Sunday was a particularly bad day for breakfast with many items unavailable or very long queues with slow replacement of empty dishes. With a hire car, we found two good restauants and ate there in the evening from day 3. We concluded that the hotel showed many of the tell-tale signs of underinvestment and poor local management. Definitely NOT a four star experience. Much better value is available elsewhere!

Hotel muss renoviert werden. Essen war ok. Sauberkeit gut. Es wehte immer ein sehr starker Wind. Das Hotel sollte am Pool ein paar Glaswände für Windschutz bauen, damit man auch bei stärkerem Wind am Pool relaxen kann. Es gibt gar keinen Windschutz im Hotel. Pool war eiskalt und ungeheizt. Nur das Babybecken war einigermaßen warm.

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour un séjour au calme avec de beaux paysages et une vue sur la plage depuis le balcon de la chambre. Le bémol de notre séjour c'est que les jacuzzi n'étaient pas fonctionnel et parmis toutes les piscines même pas une de chauffer. Et au vu de la météo que nous avons eu toute la semaine impossible de profiter des piscines ou de se rabattre sur les jacuzzi

Beau complexe nécessitant quelques rafraîchissements. Le buffet est varié, avec des plats imaginés et différents à chaque repas. Il y a beaucoup de vent.

Les Photos correspondent totalement à l’hôtel. Le personnel de reception est trsè accueillant Merci à Gary et Marco. Une animation présente mais sans être trop pesante. L’hôtel mérite de grosses rénovations mais ils vont fermés 14 mois à partir d’octobre 2026 pour travaux. Rapport qualité prix correct. Buffet restauration bon mais pourrais faire mieux. Un seul regret la salle de sport n’est accessible qu a partir de 18 ans, je n’ai donc pas pu y accéder avec ma fille qui pratique la compétition et qui avais besoin de s entrainer

Séjour pour mes 40 ans : La situation de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle : proximité immédiate de la plage, vue magnifique, environnement naturel superbe, et établissement très esthétique, clairement un hôtel très photogénique. Idéal pour ceux qui aiment les beaux endroits. Points forts : • Personnel exceptionnel : Dominica à l’accueil et Éric au bar des sports, très chaleureux et attentifs. • Chambres confortables et bien entretenues. • Emplacement pratique : Mercadona, taxis, bus, locations de véhicules à proximité. • Petites attentions pour anniversaire appréciables. Points à améliorer : • Animations limitées :(contexte hors saison en janvier)chanteurs de 21h/21h15 à 22h30, ensuite calme total. • Impossible d’avoir du chauffage, mais le personnel fournit des couvertures. • Buffet : manque d’étiquetage pour végétariens, allergies, parfums de glaces ou gateaux • Beaucoup boissons payantes même en soft malgré l’all-inclusive. • Hammam à rénover (carreaux abîmés). • Restauration légèrement en dessous des autres hôtels Princess que j’ai fréquentés. Conclusion : cadre superbe et personnel top. Idéal pour se détendre. Quelques améliorations sur animations et services rendraient l’expérience excellente.

Dejligt sted. Vi var afsted 4 voksne og en baby. Roligt område, tæt på stranden og total afslapning. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Les chambres sont très vétustes et le ménage laisse à désirer ; de plus, à notre étage, le personnel de ménage semblait manifestement agacé par notre présence. La restauration est satisfaisante. La taille excessive de l’hôtel rend les déplacements contraignants ; dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix reste acceptable au regard du tarif de 400 € par personne pour une semaine vol inclus en janvier.

Site exterieur de l'hôtel sur plusieurs étages, y compris la plage qui est quand même loin, il faut descendre jusqu’en bas, non pratique avec jeunes enfants. Chambre médiocre avec fourmis.
