Ibis is a good location. The place was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly. The place is very dated, needs some modifications. The breakfast was subpar. Get a better breakfast at holiday inn. The pool and little beach area was clean and very nice. Bed was awful, to hard. Cheap pillows. No microwave or iron in the room. It could be a really nice place to stay, owners cutting corners on the wrong things.

The room was clean and tastfully decorated.The a/c unit was very noisey and did not cool the room very well.overall a nice little place just a bit outdated.

We loved being out of the hustle and bustle in a quieter location. This hotel is right on the bay and it was very relaxing waking up and being able to walk out onto the patio with hammocks and a sitting area looking out onto the bay. We booked a sunset sail through the resort and it was wonderful. The pool was warm and nice and big. It was nice having a restaurant on site although the staff were a little slow. The room was clean. We would absolutely stay again.

Very outdated. Motel style place. If you're on a tight budget it might be for you. I'll pay more next time for somewhere else.

Secluded

I read through some of the reviews and still thought I would give the Ibis a chance. 1. I specifically requested a King room with a water view, Expedia room description stated as such. When we arrived the room was upstairs and faced the busy road. I asked to be moved and front desk person stated the hotel was full. This hotel is a one star KOA style facility, over priced and very run down. 2. NO HOT WATER for showers, enough said! 3. Please find another hotel, pay a little extra and stay somewhere else, you will be highly disappointed as we were.

I loved the room right on our own beach area. The animals were enjoyable to view. The pool area was also very nice. The onsite restaurant had great food.

Great stay

Easy parking and location, loved the waterfront view and the hammocks and chairs in the back of the room. However you cannot swim there, there was no access to the water and it was very rocky, and dirty. Nice to look and enjoy water but not to swim in. Also rooms were nice and comfy, however facilities need a bit of an update, ac was super old and kept us up all night. Overall 3.5/5 stars.

Nice for an overnight stay to fly into. Beaches were not too far of a drive. Food was good at the onsite restaurant.

Been staying here for over ten years and appreciate the staff, the convenience of having bar, food, and pool on site. Location is convenient for my needs. Claudine is always so helpful and sweet!

When renting the rooms with view to the ocean there is a bad smell but everything else great

The pictures on Expedia are deceiving. You do not walk out to a sandy beach. Its a rocky ledge. The screen door doesn't slide open and shut! You literally have to lift it up to open and shut. They charge are resort fee of $35 a night. It's really not a resort, lol. We won't be back!!!
