Nice hotel, convenient and good value .

Had a really spacious room, comfortable bed, nice big shower and friendly staff

Very nice hotel. We had to ask to change our room because it was joined with another one and we could hear someone talking all the time. Luckily there was a different room available and it was really nice and quiet there. Disappointed with very slow internet. Basically not usable… we mentioned it at the checkout and a young woman at the front desk didn’t apologize or felt bad about it all. Just said they know about it. Very disappointing customer service. We got there pretty late and were hoping to have a nice supper there as that’s what was mentioned in the services. But they said the kitchen is closed already (it was around 8pm) and they could only offer us a salad. Other than that - a good hotel, with nice and clean rooms.

It was a very last minute booking and so I hadn’t had time to read any reviews but there was nothing to worry about- we were very pleased

At check in when we were advised that we could only eat at 7.15 as, because we only requested a table not a time. When we switched the room lights on we were treated to a disco! The bedhead lights were flashing non stop. The "reeding" light was a small pinhead. The telephone it didnt work, so my disabled husband,, had to physically go down to complain at an unstaffed reception. Eventually the pleasant receptionist appeared and came to our room to fix the lights. She couldnt. so the bedhead had to be unplugged. The standard lamp also didn't work, so she unplugged to fridge and plugged it in there. We arrived as demanded at 7.15 for dinner, were seated promptly then left for 30 minutes before our order was taken. I enquired what was in the sauce with the duck, and there was no mention of chilli, (I am allergic) . The dish was covered in chilli flakes! I told them I could not eat it and returned the dish. My husband's duch was raw and bleeding., so be returned that. The vegetabges were mush. Cauliflower/broccoli? was grey! The guinea fowl replacement dish was also returned as it was inedible. We again returned the dish. The waitress made loud derogatory remarks about "les Anglais" (We speak French!. The food and room were not 4* standard. Manager was not available. Reception offered .€20 and meals off bill which was still high for an unfit room and meal

Balcony overlooking Clermont Ferrand an unexpected bonus. Restaurant excellent. Personnel really helpful & friendly, albeit run off their feet due to understaffing.

Overnight stop when making the journey from Spain to UK. Hotel easy to find, close to main road, but not affected by traffic noise. Staff friendly. Only downside, it was 38 degrees at 7:00pm outside, public area and restaurant didn’t seem to have any aircon. Room however was pleasantly cooler. Accidentally left my Kindle device, was contacted by email during the day of my departure, contacted the hotel later to arrange for it to be returned. Received notification when it was sent

Lovely small hotel, very clean with good facilities. Very handy as a stop off on our journey to the south.

Restaurant service was disappointing with very slow and disorganised waitresses.

The Hotel was perfect in every way Welcoming, warm, cosy and had a good restaurant with a bijou bar and lounge area The location was perfect being close to the A75 and with secure parking I will definitely book again when I next drive to and from Spain

Had a poor meal, long delay, food came out at different times. Room was fine. Cleanliness was fine. English language from staff could be better.

Nice hotel but our balcony gave us a view of a grass bank. Restaurant was good and staff friendly. Only downside was the duvet on the bed was too heavy and hot for that time of year. Good location and easy to find.

This chain hotel is probably in the upper echelon, but without it being too expensive. It sits in a small industrial estate and surrounded by greenery, and just one minutes drive from the Autoroute. The restaurant is quite large with an outdoor terrace and was full. The meal was ok.

The hotel was well situated to break our journey down to the south of France. It was clean, the food was good and it allowed us to rest and recharge before heading on the next day.
