Nice accommodation in a really good place close to the beach. Quiet and clean. Only downside is we were there for 4 nights and the apartment wasn’t serviced during that time, so we had to collect clean towels from reception.

Great location and overall the public areas were good. Unfortunately our apartment was a little dated and had a few maintenance issues. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the hinges on one of the kitchen doors were very loose. These were fixed after reporting them. There was also mouldy silicone in the shower.just needs a little TLC.

The room was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures, the pull out bed in the lounge was incredibly uncomfortable and when it’s down you can’t get out onto the outside area which was annoying when you wake up and have to disturb someone who is still sleeping.

Super friendly welcome, great location - literally metres from the beach. Beach bars nearby... restaurants near by... a lovely stroll into Puerto Pollensa 'town', good facilities... perfect for the short break we were taking

Nice apartment block overlooking the sea & beach and spacious comfy units. Friendly, helpful reception and hospitality staff. Lovely pool area although part of terrace will always be in shade due to adjacent building. Our room had a roof terrace with sun bed, bath, chairs & tables. Location is a little way out from the main town though. No car park, simply on street parking, which wasn’t a major issue at the time of year we stayed (Oct) but could be problematical in peak season.

Super friendly, helpful staff. All very professional, accommodation was very clean and in good order, nice abd modern. Wifi could do with boosting though but was ok. Will defo come back.

Stunning location. Friendly staff. Disappointing that because we booked through Expedia we had to pay for safety box and pool towels.

Convenient and not too crowded. Staff very pleasant. Bed linen and towels changed regularly.

We have just got back from a brilliant week spent here. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had a lovely view of the pool then out to sea. All of the staff were friendly, and the outside areas were well kept. The location was great, about a 10 minute walk from the heart of small town, but along the beach and a wide promenade. We will definitely be returning!

Only stopped for 1 night but would of gladly stayed longer. Friendly staff, easy check in and the room was spotless and comfortable. Set in a lovely beachside area with restaurants and shops nearby.Overall very good value.

We had a brilliant stay at the Cabot Hobby Apartments. Apartments were very clean and location was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Apartments are great it is a tight squeeze for 4 in one apartment as lacks storage. Basic kitchen equipment etc. Beach 2mins away but pollenca port area with main restaurants etc is a good 25 mins walk.

Lovely hotel great location right on the beach and 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants although there are also some along the front too. My only criticism would be they only service the rooms once per week and the one day they came they turned up at 8.30 am and 9.30 am both times were either asleep or still getting ready. However that is a minor concern you can request new towels and sheets from reception. Overall I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Excellent location, fast efficient staff. Rooms a little noisy with a steel staircase nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. Modern clean contemporary decor.

This is a lovely apart hotel - very friendly and accommodating staff. Just across the road from the lovey beach. Felt very safe here. We were upgraded to an apartment with a splash pool outside of our room. We booked the day before we were due to leave as our other apartment cancelled us at 9 hours notice. We were glad they did. Short walk into town but we passed and visited several restaurants and bars on the way. We were a little put off at first as it had said next door to a shopping centre which turned out to be a Spar shop which was closed. It would have been handy if it had been open. Sanitisers everywhere in the vicinity of the hotel. Taxis were cheap and plentiful if you wished to go father afield into Alcudia etc. would go back - highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable property with immediate access to the superb beach. Nice pool and sunbed options with table tennis and pool table. 20 minute flat walk along the beach to the Port. Great restaurants available within 6 minutes walk all the way to and in the Port-spoilt for choice! Good value for money option

We were in a sea view apartment overlooking the pool. This could have been noisy in other resorts but here it was a great. The apartments are very family friendly and are super quiet at nit. I would highly recommend!
