Only problem was room assignment. I requested 2 beds. There was only 1 bed. Room was also a handicapped room.

Staff, especially the front desk. Maid service could be more consistent.

Extremely convenient to train and public transportation.

Another restful stay here in a quiet interior room. Good breakfast. A problem as to whether I had paid before check-in was resolved after some discussion.

Ideally situated next to bus and train station to enable us to visit places nearby. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good too. Would definitely return again.

The first decent place to stay on this nightmare two-week trip.

Suppose to be 4star, there’s a kettle , two cups and three flavoured teas no milk no coffee, apparently they don’t supply them, joke, went to Lidl over road and bought my own coffee and milk

A one night stop over. The check in experience was quite underwhelming - no welcome smile and just the bare minimum of interaction. He also spoke to me in English - I am fluent in French and spoke to him in French. This is the only time this has happened to me in a long time. We also tried to get a drink at the bar - that was hard work. Even though the bar and the reception are the same room the 2 receptionists did not come over until we went to them. Pretty poor. The room was clean and well provisioned - just a little tight. The shower floor was a little spongy. Although the maintenance guy told me they were refitting these over this summer since they knew there was a problem. So that resolved the bathroom would be great.

Really good Hotel, close to Train station and other forms of transport. Staff really helpful, everything else was first rate, except breakfast. wasn't a great choice. no staff topping up hot food

The standard of the hotel was superb, and its access to the rail and bus stations couldn’t have been better. There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities.

Nice new hotel. We had a quiet spacious inner courtyard room. They tolerated room change with no problem. Very good breakfast. Convenient location.

A spécial thank to Fatiha for her kindness. We had to drop the car at Perpignan and take TGV for Barcelona. Hôtel well situated near n'y commercial centre, car dental agency and train station

Stayed just one night to catch an ongoing train. Just a 1 minute walk to the Perpignan train station. A consideration if traveling with heavy bags: one must climb a flight of stairs to get to the reception desk; there are elevators to bring you from there to your room. Room was clean and had interesting astronaut themed decor. Lavazza coffee maker in the room was a plus (no milk or cream). Some lights were not working in our room (desk lamp, bedside reading light). Very clean.

Hotel is really nice, breakfast and staff was good. Couldn't ask for nicer people - nothing was too much trouble. Bed and pillows was extremely comfortable.. would 100% stay again
