Best value for its location, spacious room, and great taste of breakfast

My request was only to ask for an art towel or animal towel, but they didn't give it. I've written it in the booking, the service was a bit slow, for the rest there was no problem, OK.

Spacious, clean, safe, staff are attentive, and close to One Bangkok.

I had a pleasant stay at AETAS lumpini. The guest rooms were spacious and comfortable, with furnishings that reflect solid construction despite some signs of the property being a little dated. The pool area is currently under renovation, but it’s clear the hotel was built with quality in mind. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices and great taste. The staff truly take pride in their work, which made my experience feel exceptional. A major plus is its prime location, located right across from One Bangkok, offering incredible food variety and shopping options. You can easily get there via the underground walkway from the nearby train station.

Overall OK, there are no problems with the room, everything is OK, I stayed for 2 nights, the first day I was given a bath bomb, unfortunately on the second day I wasn't given a bath bomb, in the second Premier Suite room that I booked, I was only given a bath bomb once, I thought it was given again for the second price, so I could fill it up

First of all, the room is HUGE (and it's the cheapest one)! You can eat all the complimentary snacks and they will refill them every day. The location is also good. You can also go the One Bangkok mall by walking, using the MRT route. I stayed without breakfast, so I'm not really sure how good the food is. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here~

The hotel is located in the city center, near shopping areas, convenient transportation, near the subway. The hotel's service is very good. Breakfast is varied and there are many options to choose from. In the room, there is a free mini bar.

Check-in The receptionist was very good. They gave us information and service quickly. Since we checked in around 8pm, we asked the staff for a late check-out, which they were happy to provide. The room was up to the hotel's standard. We got a room with a beautiful view facing the ONE BANGKOK building. The bathroom had to have the blinds closed from the outside. If you come as a couple, you might feel a bit shy. The water pressure was good. The hot and warm water was just right. Soaking in the warm water in the bathtub was very comfortable. There were a variety of drinks at the counter bar. The breakfast room had a variety of food and was delicious. The food was of good quality. I liked the tea that was served in a pot. The coffee was also good. There were also white beans. The bacon was fried until crispy. There were a variety of cheeses and breads to choose from. Overall, the service was good. The room was nice. The breakfast was excellent.

Location is close to MRT. Rooms are clean and quite large, service is very friendly, additional free mini bar contents and refilled every day. What makes it uncomfortable is the room has minimal soundproofing from the street.

The staff are lovely, the accommodation is clean and convenient, and it is close to the MRT.

Amazing option if you are visiting Bangkok. Very clean and spacious room! Good price and strategic location. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are a solo traveler or first time in Bangkok.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. All staffs are very helpful, room is very big, tidy, food is tasty and many variant. Would be back someday to Bangkok and stay here again.

The place is comfortable near everywhere.

The rooms are not good enough to fit into the 5 star hotel category. At check-in, the toilet smells bad, like it's not cleaned.
