Everything is good. Easy come easy go, clean, secure, rate is good. One big advantage is parking, free and secure under the hotel.

Great service. Arrived late. Friendly receptionist. Quick stopover. Nice area to sit outside the front for a coffee.

The hotel was fine nothing to exciting. No parking so you have to pay for parking. We stayed in the hotel for food the first night and it was awful microwave food.

Brilliant low cost hotel in the centre of Delement - 5 minutes from local train station and shops. Breakfast was very fresh with the hotel using local produce. Very friendly staff. Would heavily recommend.

The hotel is new and centrally located in town, right near the train station. The staff were very helpful from start to finish. The hotel itself is what you'd expect from an Ibis, but the attention to detail is where the staff shined. There was always someone on hand at the front desk to help out ( not always the case in Switzerland ) and the secured bike storage room was first rate (I was on a Mountain bike trip so this was important) Normally I am not the biggest fan of this hotel chain but I would absolutely come back here on my next stay in Delémont.

Late arrival due to flight, after midnight, checked in at 01:00, checked out at 08:00 next morning no real time to enjoy the hotel, but bed was comfortable

Staff were very friendly. On a rainy day, they were unfortunately out of hotel umbrellas. So the kind lady at the reception gave me hers!!

Just a remark: there is noise from 6 o'clock in the meorning outside (back side of the hotel, near the parking place...)

I stayed here because I couldn't get an hotel room in Basel during Basel World. The town is about 40 minutes from Basel by train. The hotel is really close to the train station in Delemont. It is a really pleasant hotel, functional and convenient with very helpful staff. Delemont is a really nice town, French-speaking, the capital of Jura.

Have stayed many times in this hotel and as usual everything was excellent. The rooms are clean, staff very helpful and the location is only a few minutes walk from Delemont station. We took breakfast where there was plenty of choice and can recommend that you will have a good night's sleep in this hotel.

This hotel is located a short walk from the train station in downtown Delemont, a nice mid-size town in French Switzerland southwest of Basil. It is larger than the other places we stayed on our trip, but still had some character (but not a lot). The rooms were modern and very clean, and all the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly, and happily spoke English, which is not to be taken for granted in French Switzerland. The owner reached out to us to make sure we knew our options for how to enjoy the town and region. It's not necessarily a memorable place, but it worked great for us for a 1-night stay.

Welcoming hotel. Nice breakfast. CLean. Only minus is the soap in dispensers in the bathroom. Hotel parking for 10 CHF per night.

A possitiv surprice - Great Friendly Staff, and a hotell with everything you need, well worth the price and with a great location. Good Train options to Basel.
