Fire alarm made big sound on mid night. Room are clean.

The hotel is very worn. The rooms are very worn. The a/c was subpar as well as the breakfast.

I visited during the High Heat Wave. AC was absolutely inefficient. Personnel Smiling and very helpful. Room clean but badly in disrepair. I love this hotel.

The room was clean and so were the spaces in general. The staff was great, helpful and very kind. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning at the room was very good, but in general areas not quite sufficient as the temperature was during the time around 36C. In overal I was very happy for my staying at the hotel.

Excepté le responsable, l’accueil est à revoir. La jeune femme ne prend aucune initiative, elle sourit béatement. Ce n’était pas la stagiaire mais celle qui la formait !? La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et grandes. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait plus de 25°C dans la chambre pour une température extérieure de 28°C. Le bus de la navette stationne sous les fenêtres donc difficile de laisser ouvert. Il y avait un balcon mais pas de mobilier dessus. Il n’y a pas de quoi nettoyer les tasses et les verres. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et l’accueil y est excellent.

Pool costs $$ so beware

Tres propre, le personnnel du service tre gentil, par contre le lit n etait pas confortable a notre gout le matelas etait tres dur. La piscine est avec acces payant donc 10 euros par personne par jour. On avait choisit car on pensait avoit la piscine incluse pcq pour juste dormir on aurait paye qurlque chose de moins cher aux alentours.

Wasn't to pleased we were charged additionally to use the pool

The AC in the rooms did not work. The bathroom was missing the door to close in the shower area. The gym had all broken cables and ripped treadmill. The spa was 1/3 working here where the steam room was broken... I am not one to normally be negative but if someone is coming to Paris I would hate for someone to experience this when presented a Luxury Spa hotel experience.

The rooms were very spacious, looked like a little apartment. 10min away from the airport. Affordable.

Very depressing, shabby dingy, dirty and worn down hotel. The staff were fairly pleasant but one was downright rude in the pool area and I am pretty sure I dropped my shawl in the area which she claims she did not find. Hard to prove but pretty certain she found it and kept it for herself as I am 100 PERCENT sure I had it when I walked into the area but it was gone when I left. Bathroom in my unit smelled like cigarette smoke, faucet was broken in bathtub, unpleasant lighting. Shower in spa area was completely broken and hot tub and sauna were not even remotely hot and they charged for entry into the spa area and breakfast which was advertised through expedia as complimentary. Horrible property in desperate need of upgrades. And they charge for hotel shuttle which isn't in service between 11am and 3pm. AWFUL hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was gorgeous! Super big. However, we did deal with a rude staff upon checking in. But still a nice stay, they really love to upcharge everything
