The rooms were very spacious, looked like a little apartment. 10min away from the airport. Affordable.

Very depressing, shabby dingy, dirty and worn down hotel. The staff were fairly pleasant but one was downright rude in the pool area and I am pretty sure I dropped my shawl in the area which she claims she did not find. Hard to prove but pretty certain she found it and kept it for herself as I am 100 PERCENT sure I had it when I walked into the area but it was gone when I left. Bathroom in my unit smelled like cigarette smoke, faucet was broken in bathtub, unpleasant lighting. Shower in spa area was completely broken and hot tub and sauna were not even remotely hot and they charged for entry into the spa area and breakfast which was advertised through expedia as complimentary. Horrible property in desperate need of upgrades. And they charge for hotel shuttle which isn't in service between 11am and 3pm. AWFUL hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was gorgeous! Super big. However, we did deal with a rude staff upon checking in. But still a nice stay, they really love to upcharge everything

une expérience pleine de mésaventure ! coupure d'électricité intempestive départ de feu dans la cuisine de l'établissement et alarme intempestive de 21h a 22h30 sans explication ! et enfin un mail que j'ai adressé a vos services pour faire part de mon mécontentement sans réponse de votre part a ce jour !!!!!! prendre des cautions exorbitante pas de soucis mais assurer le repos des clients qui travaillent toute la journée dans le froid et n'aspirent qu'a se reposer est plus compliqué. en espèrant cette fois ci avoir votre retour, Bien cordialement, Thomas

The hotel was decent as was the breakfast, the hotel has good parking for cars and really close to the airport. I couldn’t use the bath as the plug was broken (the room has a shower) and strips of plastic covering previous damage peeling off slightly, no doubt I would stay again, if the room was such a problem I would have asked for another but this suited me, short walk into the village where you can get a decent dinner if you didn’t want the hotel food….!

Rooms are dated and overall the hotel is in need of renovations. Had issues with ladybugs in the room.

First of all the was very nice and clean but Costomer service was bad when I was checking in I was supposed to get a king size bed but they give instead 2 twin bed they want to pay every morning 20 dollars just to eat breakfast 6 dollars each day to go to spa you know in Paris it’s very cold I use to that temperature so I went to the lobby to ask them to set the heater they told me they none available at this moment for my room so I stayed from the December 26 through January 2 nobody did nothing the room was very cold it’s-3 from where I’m , the day I leaving the hotel someone told go ask them for bottles water cause I wanted to take blood pressure medication the front desk guy to me we don’t have water anymore that’s it overall my experience was not they way I was expected front staff need more hospitality from my opinion cause Costomer come first so never change my room cause they supposed to cause I didn’t book two twin bed anyway and I get any difference from my money.

WE HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, MOST OF THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AS STAY, IT WAS SO COLD, HEATER DOES NOT WORK, STOVE DOES NOT WORK,BED WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE , THEY CHARGE EXTRA MONEY TO USE THE POOL PLUS THE LADY IN THE SPA IS SO RUDE , EVERY SINGLE DAY I WAS CALLING THE DESK FOR SOMETHING PLUS THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

Le petit déjeuner à 20€ par personne est trop cher. Pas de navette pour l'aéroport alors que c'etait annoncé sur le site internet. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipée.
