Check in was easy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is a little sleepy, but that was okay. Some aspects of the room were a little dated. It was a comfortable place to sleep. Very reasonable hotel option. We were a party of three adults. I would stay there again and certainly recommend it to others.

It would have been good to see the mini refrigerator full of goodies - they only had 2 bottles of water and 1 Coke and no refills.

The staff there went above and beyond to accommodate our odd travel schedule. They even went out of their way to help us find a tour to take of the city in the limited time we had available. Breakfast was awesome. Location was convenient and close to many things. Highly recommend this property. Can’t say enough about how nice the staff was.

We were new to B.A. so we had a lot of questions. The staff was very helpful in finding places to go. The tour we had scheduled was there to pick us up our last day... but an hour late. Since we had a flight out that evening we could not afford to return from the tour late so we canceled. The staff helped us with checking in for our flight home. The food was nice except we cook our bacon much more in the US. We chose not to eat that.

The place is old and needed update and up grade. The area is quite.

The room had everything we needed for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bedding was of good quality. Breakfast was more than adequate. The location is excellent with lots of hot spots within walking distance. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. The hotel staff were always helpful.

Stayed here for the third time and everything has been perfect. Modern airy hotel in a good part of Buenos Aires well located, lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Great staff.

The hotel is in a great place and the staff are brilliant

The staff is great, friendly and helpful 100% of the time. The hotel could need a renovation which is not uncommon in Buenos Aires central hotels. The breakfast could be improved with a bit more things like pastries, but overall is ok. For the price, staff service and location is good value for money.
