I liked the welcome I received. I didn't like the fact that we ordered breakfast and we had to pay extra to get in our room, and then when we got it they brought me the wrong order and didn't even realize it.

Hotel was nice and clean. However, access from parking garage was not convenient -- No elevator from garage -- had to carry bags up stairway or go outside and around to front entrance. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony but no access to it from hotel. Good place to stay for the price!

The stay was good - comfortable rooms, good location (for us), good parking - but we walked out of the restaurant because of the poor service.

Buena atención, habitación limpia. Nos tocó que estaban remodelando el lobby y había polvo en la planta baja pero pues se entiende que es parte de su remodelación

La habitación muy limpia, la atención y el servicio excelente.

Los climas ya no funcionan bien pues son viejos, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir y los cojines de los asientos del balcón están tan sucios que no dan ganas de sentarse en ellos.

No desayuné en el hotel. La ventana de la habitación estaba trabada y no pude salir al balcón. Solicité una pasta dental a recepción y no tenían. La atención de la señorita del área de cómputo EXCELENTE me ayudó mucho con unas impresiones de trabajo.

Las habitaciones ya necesitan una remodelada, el personal excelente y el restaurante muy bueno
