Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet place

It's a good hotel, the breakfast is good, there are banks, minimarket, restaurants nearby in 15 minutes walk. The surrounding is safe. The Expo Center is 15 minutes on foot. The staff is very helpful. I will stay here if I visit Chihuahua next time.

Very poor hotel. There was misleading advertising since the reservation image showed two beds, but it was only one double bed upon arrival. When I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist was very dismissive and offered no solutions. To make matters worse, the itinerary stated check-out was at 1:00 PM, but by 12:00 PM they were already pressuring me to vacate. Poor organization and even worse customer service."

Denise was friendly and efficient at check in. Check in was quick. Room was clean and quiet
