Excellent location

Nothing work toilet broken, door entrance to the room broken toaster not working fridge freeze every all my food. Etc.

Didn’t even stay there and they refuse to reimburse me. It was a scam

5 minute walk to Walmart and Santa Maria Hospital. Let us leave the car extra time so we didn’t have to park at hospital. Restaurants good within 4 blocks. Decorating in room older but bathroom recently upgraded. Bed was comfortable. Room had small kitchen with fridge, 4 burner, micro wave and sink. TV small and only one English channel. Missed watching olympics.

We requested a ground floor room since the guests were elderly people with problems climbing stairs. It is apparent the hotel does not take it into consideration since we were assigned a third floor room, and the guests had trouble climbing the stairs (no elevators in the hotel). On top of that, the TV didn't work, there were issues with water in the bathroom and we were not informed that we had to request maid service to have the room done in the morning. Very disappointing stay

Showed up earlier then check in time to ask if we could check in earlier. And they told me no we don’t have any rooms available we are overbooked we have to take these walk ins to take in first. And I said if I come back at 3:00 pm my room will be ready right and because I got confirmation from Expedia and the man said no there is no rooms available. And then he said if you want to drive two blocks away there is a hotel there they might have rooms but not sure. And now I can’t get a refund. It’s no my fault they over booked

I’m disgusted, this place is a dump and I’m appalled that Expedia has given it even a single star. There is no way I would have stayed in such trashy, gross place had this place been properly labeled. They don’t even have Hot water in the middle of November- well no hot water period regardless of month or season. If you like sleeping in the floor than the beds are great. If you prefer a dump than this could be a choice. I’m personally disgusted. The place is noisy and is not in a safe area.

Suites were typically mexican furnished giving a relaxed feeling. The suite was quite spacious, kitchen, living area, dining area, sleeping area, walk in closet and sufficient bathroom. No air conditioning but not needed. Large fan in room, screened windows back and front giving a nice cool breeze. Best and safe area to be in. Everything within blocks and restaurants galore. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms was nice and includes 2 beds and a cooking area. Room was clean. Only downside was no AC but fans were provided.

Excelente ubicación, me gustó el estilo de la habitación más bien el departamento ya qué tenía la cocina, closet y una pequeña sala de estar, muy amables en la recepción Sin embargo la habitación estaba sucia, el colchón muy duro,no hubo agua caliente por la noche para bañarse y se escuchaba todo del pasillo así qué no descansé bien.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, room was large enough for us, and good price.

It was a great stay overall. The apartment was close to where we wanted to be. Close to restaurants, bars, park, etc.
