Great Hotel, if I go to Bangkok again, I will stay at VIC 3 hotel

The staff were friendly. The room was a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable.

I encourage Vietnamese people to book this hotel instead of seeding on social media sites. The hotel has a very chill view of the train tracks, quiet space but still close to BTS so it is very convenient to go to shopping places and go to 2 international airports.

The hotel has a fitness center and a swimming pool. The room is starting to get old but still clean. The furniture is starting to peel. The staff provides good service. There's a cafe and restaurant under the hotel. There's a hair dryer and iron to borrow. The water pressure is good. The shower cream and shampoo smell good.

I stayed at Vic3 Bangkok Hotel last month and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet alley, just a 3-minute walk from the BTS Sanam Pao station. There is also a 7-Eleven conveniently located at the station entrance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the room was good. The bed was spacious enough for two people, and the room itself had a decent amount of space—it didn’t feel too narrow. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for extra tissues and complimentary water. However, there were a few downsides. The floor wasn’t very clean when we arrived, so we had to wear slippers the entire time (the hotel didn’t provide any, but we had our own). We also struggled to control the air conditioning, which made the room feel too hot at times, though it wasn’t a major issue. Additionally, the water faucet in the bathroom had very weak pressure, making it almost unusable. The hotel furniture also seemed a bit old. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel’s location was great—easy to find and convenient for booking taxis or Grab rides. Plus, the coffee shop on the ground floor served good coffee.

I come to Bangkok every month. I stayed here. The rooms were faster decadent.

The hotel is not far from BTS Sanam Pao. From the main road, you have to walk into the alley for about 300 meters. There is a 7-11 at the entrance of the alley not far away. You can take a motorbike taxi to Soi Ari. The staff provides good service. You can check out 1 hour late without any charge.

A bottle of water per day costs an additional 20B, there is no automatic water dispenser. Near the train station, you have to walk 10 minutes to get to a place to eat.

Lễ tân rất nhanh nhẹn và đã giúp đỡ mình trong việc gọi điện cho người dân địa phương vì mình cần sự giúp đỡ. Phục vụ phòng cũng rất đáng yêu, mỗi ngày khi mình quay trở lại thì phòng đều đã được dọn sạch sẽ, bạn còn tặng mình thêm 2 chai nước dù mình nói đã có rồi. Lần tới hi vọng sẽ quay trở lại đây.

This is a very good budget hotel. The facilities are basic but enough for me. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Definitely my favorite hotel in Bangkok.

Good service, over all clean, unles floor and picture little dusty.

First thing I noticed when entering the room was a musty smell. It never went. Lack of storage space was an issue with my 2 big bags. It seemed like the air con was pre-set to 23/24oC. I wanted to set it at 20oC (I came from England where it was nearly freezing). Lastly, the shower was so low on the wall that I had to constantly hold the handle/head. Otherwise, it hit my chest. On the positive, reception staff were great. Friendly, smilling, efficient. It 's the rooms that need work.

Everything is good. The staff are lovely, speak well, the room is clean, the elevator isn't scary. The walkway is brightly lit. Have stayed here many times already.
