Breakfast horrible and cold coffee!

The mattress was like a sleeping on a sidewalk, hard, like concrete; they Ofer free breakfast buffet and was a lie, they charge a lot for all kind of food , no place to eat, you have to do it on the room; the room size, very small; all the mornings awake with a chemical odor,I do not recommend.

The younger ladies who check in are very nonchalant. Feel like they weren’t that helpful. If I called they would just transfer me back and forth. Their answers were very short. The bed mattresses were extremely hard.

************DO NOT STAY****************** The hotel cleanliness was horrid. Asked the the cleaning lady to clean and she refused to clean the 6 days we were there. Not once did they enter to clean or make beds. The front desk receptionist had a horrible attitude. The food and coffee is also terrible. Call the front desk for assistance when there was no water in the toilet and they refused to answer. We had to go down stairs in person to notify.

The place is secure, the shower had mold the place is very old, they only give you two towels and the floor mat/towel nothing else if you need a iron you have to ask for it and leave an ID to get it, the bed was very unconfortable, the stuff were very nice.

Staff was horrible as when I checked out on Friday 3/6/2026 they did not want to give me a recipe and did not to give me a refund. I would not recommend this location to anybody

Bed was like sleeping in concrete, tv didn’t work, Ac didn’t work that well. The staff was great nice and friendly

During my stay, the shower flooded due to a clogged drain. When I checked the drain plug, it was filled with hair and a black mildew/slime buildup, which caused the water to back up. Because of this, I had to shower using very low water pressure so the water would slowly drain. Even the faucet water would begin to back up, which was extremely unpleasant. The room itself was also quite small, and overall it felt unclean. The television only provided local channels with no access to other viewing options. Additionally, there were only two electrical outlets in the entire room—one near the bed and one in the restroom—which was inconvenient. While the staff members were friendly and courteous, the overall condition of the room made for a very poor experience. Due to these issues, I had to cancel my planned week-long stay and reserve accommodations elsewhere.

El cuarto olia a madera vieja mojada y el cuarto parecia que no lo avian limpiado en meses con polvo por todos lados pedimos cambio de cuarto y nos dijeron que no tenian otro pedimos que limpiaran el cuarto y que usaran aromatisante la señora que limpia nos dijo que no tenia

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel was doing upgrades to its facilities like the dining area and bar. Unfortunately the T.V.s were limited to showing “On-Air” channels and could not connect to the internet. All-in-all, it was a great choice to have booked my stay here.

TV don’t work, I let the staff know many times I spend 9 nights there.
