Muy buen lugar, la estadía agradable, la gente muy atenta, el desayuno muy completo, volveremos algún día.

The cleaning staff was amazing. The room was cleaned every day we stayed. The breakfast was ok. Some days the eggs were cold.

We were surprised that the front desk staff spoke great English! It’s in the central part of town very close to restaurants and the bus station. Good price and great facility.

I have had much better bathrooms while camping than one has here. I had to remove the shower head and clean it myself - water never hot and the sink had no plug so that I could fill the basin and only cold water--- that may be the custom in Brazilian homes - but at a hotel?!? Staff was cold and of course essentially spoke not a word of English. I had lost a bag and asked for a survival kit - maybe a toothbrush or razor? They pointed to the pharmacy down the road. Nothing. And a sliver of soap, no shampoo, towels in sad shape, hard, uncomfortable bed, internet that was free but absolutely worthless-- only worked in the lobby but dial-up 20 years ago was much faster than this. Staff changed all the time and did their thing without even recognizing our presence. Breakfast was weird - juices that were watered-down and tables that wobbled. The pool was so filthy that when I asked about swimming the manager looked out and said "I better get someone to clean it first!" (They never did). Not much of a pool anyway, more a wide spot in the cement… AVOID THIS HOTEL for business or pleasure - it simply is HORRIBLE and not a pleasure! And US $110/night for this? Ridicules!

Hotel is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to bars and restaurants in Lagoa plus it is right across the street from the bus station which makes it easy for you to get a bus to go any where in Floripa. Staff was very helpful even though I cannot speak Portuguese, especially from Luri who would use google translator to give me information on all the great beaches to go to. They also have a delicious free breakfast. They also have a pool to relax in.

Pontos positivos: localização, silêncio, estacionamento. Pontos negativos: quarto sem armário e lixeira; café da manhã bem fraquinho.

Antes de fazer o check in, sugiro verificar o quarto que você será acomodado. Porque fiz um reserva e fui alocada em um quarto inferior ao reservado. Quando questionei sobre o ocorrido, não tive retorno. O hotel é bom, bem localizado, café da manhã bom... apenas a questão da reserva tipo de acomodação e ao qual você é alocado é necessário ficar atento!

Cardapio fresco e simples. Excelentes funcionários.

A piscina estava imprópria para utilização, deviam retirar do anúncio. O quarto 5 estava com pouca água fria, o que acaba não proporcionando uma boa experiência pós-praia. Limpeza é o ponto alto da hospedagem, tudo impecável. O café da manhã poderia ter disponível queijo mussarela.

Localização excelente, no centro da Lagoa, com muitas opções de restaurantes e lazer.
