The room and linens were clean, and it was all as advertised, and reasonable value for money. However, it felt a bit neglected: for example, the toilet in my room didn’t flush, and one lightbulb flashed on and off for a few minutes each time it was turned on. The hotel is located in an area with a few giant hotels, a major road and some patches of waste ground, some distance from the center of the city. You’d have to take a taxi to go anywhere; it’s not really a walkable neighborhood. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep: clean, safe and efficient. But it’s not special, or especially convenient.

We really don’t recommend staying here. Check in took nearly an hour because no one could find the front desk staff. The air conditioning made the room damp and sticky, and there was mold growing on the walls. Most of the room was in disrepair.

Staff refused to Honor the price quoted by Expedia, And we were charged more without any extras. Rooms are old and stink cigarettes … Air conditioning is not working ( only heat ) not exactly what you need when it’s no less than 35C Worst experience and shame for IBIS standards, do expect alot more from IBIS -This should really be looked into

Rooms not well maintained... corridors smell bad because of the carpets, mattress not the size if the bed so had to be adjusted, very small rooms

Old hotel, fare is very expensive compared to other hotels, check in took long time.

This is a very basic hotel- no toiletries or paper tissue in the bathroom. Although a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes. My husband is highly allergic, so needless to say we did not appreciate it. The hotel also allows their guests to smoke in the common area next to the restaurant, where there is almost no ventilation, so you’ll be constantly inhaling cigarette smoke while in the lobby. Lastly, I noticed a feral cat casually strolling by the area next to the restaurant. Certainly not on par with international standards.

Internet connection is very slow, restaurant does not offer a la Carte choice, either you go for the Buffet or you can fast. It used to offer a la Carte option... Restaurant staff not friendly

Les chambres sont très propre, mais la dame que j’ai eu à l accueil pas très professionnel et pas assez agréable ! J ai eu l impression quel faisait des préférence sur les clients ! Type européen et les clients algériens entre autres qui viennent de l étranger. Dommage j ai l habitude de prendre l hôtel ibis en Algérie et franchement pour l instant seul celui qui se trouve sur Alger sont au top niveau !!!
