Excellent check in to the lovely room. Reported a problem with the shower, which hotel responded to. Room opened directly onto a small private terrace with table & chairs, and the beautiful beach.

Very calm place to stay! Nice breakfast and relaxing pool!

Although everything was perfect, the swimming pool was adequate but would benefit from a ramp so that elderly or handicapped people can step in more easily. At the moment, there is nothing to hold on to.

Quiet and really lovely setting

Our room was facing the ocean and a short walk was leading to the beach. Not really for swimming but very beautiful, especially at low tide. We did not use the pool but it was nice with lounge chairs around it. The breakfast was a nice buffet. The hotel is a 5’ drive from the picturesque harbor of La Cotiniere which has many shops and restaurants.

Nice and quiet “motel” (every room has an own entrance) with beautiful surroundings. Pretty easy walk to the fishing harbour and the restaurants there. I recommend to book a room with sea view. As the room has its own outdoor seating, you can sit outside your own room and enjoy the amazing view of the ocean (and you can buy also beverages from the reception). The room was styled in accordance of the surrounding area. There is no ac and as the heating was on, I had to sleep with my window open, but then again I like to sleep in a very cold room. If you don’t arrive by car or bicycle , getting here is a bit tricky, but you can take a bus to Saint-Pierre-d’Oleron and then a taxi from there.

Great place a very reasonable price, considering you are facing the ocean and the room is clean and comfortable.

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement, accueil chaleureux, et la chambre spacieuse côté océan parfaite, propre et décoré avec goût. Petit déjeuner complet, je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés…

Grundsätzlich sehr schön, aber schon eher hochpreisig und man sollte wissen, dass der Strand große Steinplatten hat (je nach Ebbe und Flut) und sich eher nicht zum Baden eignet. Wunderschöne Umgebung, nettes Personal und sehr schöne Anlage. Abzug aufgrund von Preis und Strand.

Wunderbares familiengeführtes kleines Strandhotel mit sehr schöner maritimer Innenarchitektur, hervorragenden französischen Frühstück, einen sehr schönen sauberen Pool und direktem Strand Zugang

Een hotel met een adembenemende ligging. Voorzien van banken en tafeltjes om optimaal te kunnen genieten. Directe toegang tot het strand. Zwembad verzorgd. Restaurant erg mooi ingericht en proper. Vriendelijke gastvrouwen. Ontbijt vers en lekker, niet erg uitgebreid maar goed. Kamer goed, proper, basiscomfort. 3 sterren meer dan waard.

Un accueil très agréable dans un hôtel plutôt calme avec accès direct à la plage pour une balade (pas de baignade il y a des rochers) Des installations très accessibles et un personnel très accueillant. Heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas trop chaud en revanche car il n’y a pas de Clim. En tous cas nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Bel endroit, en bord d'océan, et belle piscine. Chambre décorée avec goût, rien à redire, je recommande.
