W got a room with 2 bunk beds which was great and really big. Also the room was so nicely cold compared to the heat wave outside. Also great location

Room was not cleaned one of the days (last day out of 6). Sink was completely clogged up. While taking shower water leaked through the door and completely wetted floor. Coffee cups were never cleaned. No tea or coffee, no sugar or cream in the room. No instructions for how to get drinking water. Request Expedia to ask hotel for partial refund.

Clean room, friendly staff, room air conditioned which was good as Paris was very hot. Didn't have the breakfast because the hotel was located close to many cafes. There was an onsite cafe which was good. Hotel had a good location close to Jardin de Luxembourg, The Pantheon and about 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Close to bus routes and metro stations. No problems, all good.

This is a charming boutique hotel in a great location. Amenities varied by room (I had no fridge while my friends did) and it's not like a typical American hotel with a long list of amenities. Each room still had its own heater/AC unit though. The room was clean and cozy with a super comfortable bed, helpful staff, GREAT breakfast food and the best patio! It's on a quiet street which was blocked from traffic almost the whole week. The location was perfect as we were 1 block from the metro station and the Jardin de Luxembourg, Pantheon is two blocks in the other direction and just behind that is the best small street of cafes and shops. Easy walk to Notre Dame as well. It was a fabulous home away from home for our week in Paris. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Staff was very helpful, and the hotel was clean. I did feel that the first room we were put into did not match anything that was advertised, but we returned and stayed again in a different room that was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a dream, so thankful during the heat wave.

The location is good and safe but the hotel is very small and not the one that I expected, the room and the bathroom are all very tiny…if travel by yourself that is fine but for two travelers, it seems crowded..

Fantastic location! Close to Luxembourg Gardens, Sorbonne and the Pantheon. Walking distance to Metro and TER. Clean rooms. On the smaller side but okay for two people. Cleaning staff came daily to make beds and provide fresh linens. Hotel staff welcoming. Cafe downstairs charming.

Small rooms with minimal Storage (a bar with hangers) but perhaps normal for Europe. Strong water pressure in shower. Super convenient location. The thermostat was covered by artwork the first day so we sweat to death at night. It was fine overall, but would try a new place next time.

This is a hip boutique hotel with a perfect location, excellent cafe in the lobby, and very wonderful staff. It's also worth mentioning that the showers have the best water pressure I've ever experienced in all of Europe. It's cute and comfortable.. I could not find air conditioning in my unit and was expecting it, but luckily it was not an overly hot day. I would definitely return.

Shower stall door would not seal properly at the bottom however careful we were and this every time we showered water —lots of water— would leak / spill into bathroom and room floor. Very unpleasant. Had to used extra hand towels to keep floor somewhat clean. Our group had two rooms, and the other room had a bathtub shower and no problems in that one.

Overall good, the location is great and very convenient to everywhere..

The location was so French! Quiet street little patio out front. Super nice staff. They have a little coffee shop with good food. They even have a recording studio. I loved it there. The beds and pillows were comfy. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful hotel by Luxembourg Gardens and the Pantheon. Fabulous restaurants walking distance away. Came during the heatwave and the AC at night was amazing to have. Fabulous shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Kind and helpful staff. Not a luxury hotel but super clean and everything needed for a great stay. Comfortable beds! Didn’t need more than a really great shower, air-conditioning and a great bed because we were out and about all day long and this place checked all the boxes.

Hotel perfect for my needs after last minute flight cancellation. Fantastic location, very easy connection with airport train. Hotel was not overly fancy, but clean and stylish with friendly staff. Compared to other Paris hotels, price was reasonable. Would stay again

Everyone at the property, was warm, friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend French Theory to other travellers

Single bed was a bit too soft for me; otherwise, the stay was excellent.
