Two night stay on a tight budget. Walked to most attractions, close to fun parlours

Bed was clean and fine

It was okay but i wouldnt say brilliant.

The WiFi was basically non existence the property was tied

People were nice you get what you pay for

Room was clean bed was comfortable staff were very friendly nice bar would definitely stay there again

Arrived 1hr early but was told my room was available and could check straight in. Guy gave me a key and said room 7. Put bag in room and got back into car. Guy came out and said there is 2 empty spaces round back so I was lucky to park for free. Many thanks for that. Room had springy double with warn but clean sheets, although I did bring my own sleeping bag and pillow which I used. Carpet had been vaccumed but was so stained around the bed it felt sticky under foot and was blackened with dirt. I went out to the charity shop and bought a runner for the carpet and placed a towel on the floor at the bottom of the bed. The walls were marked throughout. There were suspicious white stains on the black curtains near the sink. The windows and sills were dirty but worked. The staff were friendly and asked if I needed anything, but I was too embarrassed to complain. It was farmers weekend so it was busy in Blackpool. All said I would choose a different place to stay next time.

For what you pay, the value is good. However, the listing clearly implies that there is a bathroom in each unit. There is only a sink, and the toilet is in another location and the shower is in a third location. They just need to be clearer on the description of the property

Firstly i had to carry my own case upstairs Secondly i was given keys to room and had to go in mysef 3. I went in and it smelt muggy terrible dirty smell 4. Stains ll over carpet No wardrobes no draws apart from one tiny 2 draws no where just a hanger rail on back of the door that came out Literally had to get the hangers and pit myclothes on edge of bunk beds The bedding smelt i did complain but noone changed the double bedding The door to bathroom was a slider wooden door it krpt coming off nd getting stuck The carpet on floor was filfy No non slip mat kept slipping in smll shower The skirting boards and the walls in bathroom and bedroom was filfy They was no pirch light to get in on a night and you struggled to open bottom doors x2 as thier was no lighting. I recieved no room service all the time i was thier and my bin was full by the time i left thier was nowhere to put the used t bags i literally had to pull the bag out of the bin as it was overflowing the place smelt terrible .all over bad experience. And the landlady well she has a bar in the cellar area. Which is ok but when i tried talking to her she ws swaying like she was drunk this was only early morning and her daughter had to adk me what was wrong A maintenance man cane up n put the sliding door back on but said it probably come off again if it does just ask again. Not once did we get asked if everything was ok athough was told no house kerping this weekend as staff off .but i never saw anyone . Filfy place.

This place is disgusting and unsafe , no shower facilities or toilets in the room . Communal shower 2 fkights of stairs to get a shower . No locks on room doors , my daughter was too Afraid to stay so had to book another hotel . Couldn’t find any staff to complain . Please avoid or you’ll need a Tetnus shot

our check out time on booking stated 11am, was told strict 10am checkout. dirty room, dirty cups, on site offered shower, not clear this & toilet was shared. very inhospitable- only saw host when you had to find to complain. tv didn't work, I wouldn't put my worse enemy in there, looked more like a drug den than hotel.

Good staff nice people

The hotel wasn't clean the carpets were really grubby and stained the bedding looked grubby as did the mattress and bed base they're was a smell in the hallway we booked a family room with private bathroom but the toilet was in the corridor at the other end the landing and the shower on the landing next to another private room neither facilities looked very clean, needless to say we didnt stay and left after 20 mins

The room was very small. The property is very tired and needs renovating. Parts of the property are falling apart.

It was poor in some aspects no sink in the toilet no wardrobe for clothes no bar open no bar snacks only saw the owner on arrival

Arrived very late due to car breaking down, the hosts were very understanding really nice & friendly. The room was basic but clean , comfortable bed , we had a lovely weekend .

The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. We weren't expecting the ritz of course, and the staff were all friendly. Would have just liked to have not been disturbed by other guests quite as much
