The staff were soooo helpful. They really went above and beyond to help us and I couldn't be more grateful. The only thing is that the hotel is near the tram and you can hear it when it goes by.

Really great hotel! Would highly recommend. A lot of personality. Breakfasts are good. The staff are super friendly. The restaurant is open until midnight.

Very nice

The location is excellent and so many options for the transportation.Breakfast is good as well.However, the property has no lift and our room is located at the 3rd floor, so we struggle to carry our luggages upstairs.

Although the hotel is in a popular part of the city, our room on the 3rd floor was quiet. It was spacious and clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Easy reach of public transport and popular sights. Recommend.

The room was dirty, there was a mold in the bathroom, there was no shampoo. The breakfast was very poor. Very bad experience. The staff was friendly.

Showering in the bath is difficult because of the shape of the bath. Location is great. Eating dinner in the restaurant attached is very convenient.

The location is perfect just a few hundred yards from the Charles bridge on a lovely square so good for old town and with great tram service. Close to castle as well. Rooms have been refurbished so feel fresh and comfortable. Like many city hotels there is street noise if windows open but ok otherwise. Ate one evening in hotel when we wanted something straightforward and it was good. Would use again if we returned .

This was the last night before our return flight for the States after a week in Germany / Prague. The hotel is advantageously located in the Mala Strana on the opposite side from the old town Praha. Staff was helpful in giving directions, arranging a taxi for early in the morning to the airport. Restaurant / bar at the hotel was in expensive. Easy walking distance to the Karluv most (Charles bridge) and the St. Vitus Cathedral / Castle. Bath with shower wand (no problem for us but some may find it an issue). Good value and the location we were looking for.

Small and friendly with some quirky features. A great nights sleep despite the trams right outside the window.

This was our last stop on our European holiday vacation in 2014. We arrived in Prague to find a charming, old hotel, located literally right across the street from one of the main tram lines. I know the thought of a tram across the street will cause concern to some but, do not be alarmed as this was never a bother during our six night stay. The tram made for getting around town a breeze. The hotel is a five minute walk to the Charles Bridge which leads to right to Old Town. The hotel is also a ten minute walk uphill to the Prague Castle. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel restaurant was wonderful, with tasty food and good beer. The hotel was a good value even during the holiday. The restaurant was an excellent value with an added bonus of 20% off as a hotel guest. While the hotel is older, the room was large, comfortable and neat. The bathroom was well lit, large and clean. Be aware, like many small European hotels, there is no elevator but, the staff is more than happy to assist you with your bags.

Lovely historic hotel with a nice breakfast, and wonderfully close to Charles Bridge, the castle, and very nice restaurants and pubs.

Great location near castle and Charles Bridge. Friendly staff, 24 hours front desk coverage. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site is good and breakfast is all you need to set yourself going for the day.

Great hotel

Friendly staff, good food and all the tourist traps, theaters and/or other city-events near-by and most are easily accessible by the public transport.

It's great value for money. We loved the breakfast here and the large bedroom. There is no air con but there was a small table fan which was adequate. The room was very hot in the evenings but cooled right down once the windows are opened. Elaina was such a joy and made our stay more enjoyable. There is no shower screen on the in bath shower which would have been nice but wasn't tragic. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.
