Very good choice in Lugo, conveniently located inside the old walls. Parking is not super close, but doable. Room was clean, spacious and with 2 bathrooms. Good breakfast option, too, from the top floor (great view of the city).

Outstanding location in the middle of the old historic town, closed to restaurants, main square. Very safe. Front desk staff are extremely helpful.

The friendly people were the best

They were very nice at check in. I had to stay in the city to see my Dr early the next morning. The hotel is no-nonsense. Nothing special but they are nice. The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The views from the terrace are lovely. Dining options and shopping are moments away. If I needed to stay in Lugo again I would consider this hotel. I slept very well.

We have stayed here several times and there is a great variation in rooms. Some are very basic and minimal while some are very good with balconies etc. Luck of the draw as price does not appear to be a factor. On this visit we had one of the more basic rooms with a view of a wall whilst our friends had a lovely room with a balcony

Be sure not to get stuck with a room Overlooking a dirty stairwell/under the dining room. Couldn’t open the window or curtains. Lots of hot water and friendly /helpful staff

Great property and amazing staff.

The room was large, clean and spacious with two balconies. We took the chairs outside to have a drink and watch all the activity below. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good the coffee the best we had while in Spain. Great location for walking to the wall and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Lugo.

We enjoyed our stay, location was wonderful. However, we got cold at night.

The Hotel is clean, our room was recently upgraded, great shower. Property is in an excellent location next to the Plaza Mayor. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat and drink. The Cathedral is only a couple of blocks away. Great area, great walled city.

We were created by friendly staff. I love Lugo. This hotel is in a great location and the view from our room was nice. The terrace is beautiful, with a restaurant. I did not want to leave.
