Clean and comfortable stay

Great staff, great amenities. Property condition could be a little better but it wasn’t too bad either! All in all, great stay for the the price!

The registration process was long winded. Also we left our keycard in the room (taking the light card instead) and it was a real pain getting back into the room. The only way we could do it was by doing it via our phones which again would wasn’t straightforward.

Really good value hotel, friendly staff and lovely clean rooms and big bathroom with balcony. Lobby looks amazing. We only stayed for 1 night so didn’t try pool or bar but would def return. I stayed with my 2 kids in one room (3 single beds). Breakfast was plenty and good choice. Mini mart next door was handy too but there are vending machines in the lobby with drinks.

Clean room, lovely bathroom. Absolutely fantastic powerful shower. Shame no kettle in the room. A little bit noisy so walls mist be thin as we could hear chairs/beds being moved. Plenty selection of food at breakfast and 8:30 - 1pm is just brilliant !

What can I say - a near perfect hotel for an early sping break. This is a good size hotel - no cramped feelings in the lobby or the main dining area. I had a great view of the coast and the room was big for 1 person. Daily housekeeping and an all you can eat buffet from 8am-1:30pm was amazing. The rooms don't have microwaves, or fridges or coffee makers, but I bought a small kettle on arrival, helped a lot. Value for money is amazing - and the staff just couldn't be nicer. North American hotels should take note. I paid less for this room per night than a crappy 2* Holiday Inn in the middle of nowhere Ontario. Best value, best stay - super highly reccommend.

The staff were so friendly, the location is good, and the brunch that is included was surprisingly nice.

Lovely place and people.

On the positive, the staff are friendly enough and the communal areas and rooms are lovely. The location is brilliant, with many buses, a bus information hub, train station and city centre on your doorstep. A beach is nearby. On the negative, the corridors need better lighting and repair (door frames coming away from plaster, holes in walls) the brunch buffet could offer more dietary options and when checking in people, staff must STOP saying their room number out Infront of others (especially when serving women travellers) as it compromises our safety. Just discreetly pass us our room key with the number on it. On my last night, a very loud couple or more, were getting it on and obviously wanted an audience. I don't necessarily blame the hotel for this, but it was so off-putting.

Comfortable room, although the air conditioning was switched off. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Not all of the hot food was actually hot. Go

Amazing breakfast and great gym!

Very nice stuff clean hotel nice size hotel room to minor problem unless you pay for parking fitting euro per day trying to find a packing outside is difficult and you can hear the surrounding rooms noise coming from other people and one last thing I will ruin was facing the sun the south very hot inside and the AC doesn’t work until May so we had to sleep the door open, considering the heavy noise from traffic
