Really nice property, excellent value, friendly staff, great area

The AC was broken. It was hotter inside the room than outside. You have to pay for parking. And the parking is two blocks away.

It was very easy to access the property after hours. The property was right off United Street and easy to get to. There was two pools which made it very nice to choose where you wanted to be based on the shade. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day! The room was very clean and was kept clean and stocked throughout the stay. The air conditioner worked great! Check in and check out was super easy and fast.

We stayed in three different hotels in Key West and this was the most expensive one we stayed at and the bed was horrible and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to check us in because she was a couple of blocks away checking the parking area

I was supposed to have a handicap room. They said our room was on the second floor, which has had 15 to 20 steps that I could not walk wanted us to park down the street and walk to the motel. My handicap is in my foot so I can’t walk long distances The security guard that came up to open the room said we would not have access to the swimming pool and we supposed to have a ocean view and the ocean was across the street. We asked to cancel and get a refund but I haven’t heard from anyone about the refund. We had to go across the street and rent another room at Sutherland most resort so that cost us another $1800 after already paying over $1300 for your Motel. I would like to have a refund back if possible.

Fantastic stay! Such a quiet beautiful place very close to Duval street and all the fun but far enough away to be peaceful. Afternoon wine and cheese, two pools, hot tub, great hot breakfast! And your a short walk to the southern most tip of the island! We will definitely be back.

Would stay here again! Loved the pools and was very impressed with the sundeck off our room! I did find a negative pregnancy test 😂 on the shelf in our closet that I grabbed! Gotta love Key West!

Great location, 1 block from Duval St. Nice pools, nice size room and great breakfast every morning. Will stay there again next time.

Surprised that we were woken up around 4:30 am by a loud group in and around the pool. Two of the women were topless and proceeded to come up the stairs to our outside patio that way.

This property is adorable. Quiet, clean, and everyone is friendly. Half a block from Duval Street

We had a room next to the pool. Loved that! Wished we had a dresser to put our stuff on but no worries we were happy with the accommodation.

Moldy shower and Air conditioner

While i was laying in the bed around 11am someone with a key opened up my door didn't knock or say anything and said sorry and closed it.

Location is perfect! But I wish our room was ocean or partial ocean because it was our Wedding weekend.

The room was very clean and we loved the outside area though we didnt get to hang out because weather didn't permit. I loved that they had a waffle maker! Definitely recommend staying here.
