Great Hotel!

Very pampering experiences. My wife and I took full advantages of various treatments. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. There is a very nice village that is a short walk from the resort. They arranged for a driver to take us from Budapest and back at a very fair price.

The pools are excellent. Great temperature for all weather. The property was beautiful landscaping.

Cleanliness was very, very good.

staff friendly, attentive, never intrusive. The spa quiet, relaxing, got the best ever massage from Ildiko, thanks! The quality and presentation of the meals was superb. Hope to go there again!!!

We've had a great time, staff was kind and courteous, food was excellent. The room, however, was a bit tired with cheap details, but it was clean. We feel that the 5* designation is a bold overstatement, overall, it's the lower end of the 4* scale, but this isn't to take away from the fact that it is a great place, I'd easily recommend it and we've had a relaxing time.

Hotel is in good condition. Bed is comfortable and the rainfall shower is great. Breakfast and dinner buffets are quite nice. The downside is that many things seem to close at an earlier time. The massage reception is closed at 6 pm. While spa facilities are said to close around 9 pm, it is closing at 8 pm. Overall the stay is still good.

Fantastic experience. Glorious facility 10 minutes walk from the famous lake. The spa is superb and very well run. So much entertainment on offer we were spoiled for choice. The room was lovely and comfortable, we loved the menu of pillows. Food and drink were glorious and catered to any taste. Top tip, book your treatments early! We opted for a couples massage and enjoyed the experience completely. One of the highlights is to bathe in the famous waters (available in the spa), which really do have remarkable and positive effects. If I can I’ll go back for the classic car show in the summer time.

This was an excellent stay! Very nice hotel, amazing food, nice amenities, friendly english speaking staff. Excellent New year celebration with show and fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was a perfect weekend getaway. The room was spacious, clean. Food was great and so was the thermal bath.

I was absolutely stunned by the beauty of the place and its amenities . Special thanks to the restaurant management as the food was exceptional , with lots of healthy options , it was not just delicious but presented with exquisite taste and creativity . The rooms were on a small side but comfortable and clean . The hotel staff was absolutely great , very polite and accommodating. Housekeeping was excellent , very responsive to questions and any inquiries for extra items . The pools , saunas , all service areas were very clean and there were no limits on clean fresh towels which was absolutely a bonus all by itself . Even though the building and the rooms were not the largest and not top-notch updated, the whole impression of the place is very positive and the atmosphere of hospitality compensates everything . Planning to come back in the nearest future myself and highly recommending Lotus Therme to friends and family .
