Service à l'accueil,très bien,Réparation porte patio ,super rapide.Le chef pour le souper très à l'écoute de nos besoins et service au table trés serviable.Par contre, la photo sur le site de location de la résidence ne correspond pas à la réalité.Piscine sur place très petite et pas chauffée,seulement par le soleil.Echelle pour la mezzanine abrupte et non en 2 paliers.Vue imprenable sur le port.Parking intérieur,un peu cher

Excellent emplacement à proximité de toutes les commodités locales, ce qui permet d’explorer facilement la région à pied. L’hôtel était confortable et bien entretenu, avec une atmosphère détendue et accueillante dans l’ensemble. Ce qui ressort vraiment, c’est le personnel — toujours chaleureux, accessible et attentionné du début à la fin du séjour. Ils prenaient le temps de répondre aux questions, donnaient de bons conseils locaux et étaient rapidement disponibles pour toute demande, toujours avec une attitude sympathique qui donne vraiment aux clients le sentiment d’être bien pris en charge. Un très bel endroit où séjourner à Hendaye.

Lovely hotel, unusual and spacious room with fabulous views over the sea and garden. Close to the beach. Looked like lots of facilities but this was just a stopover so no time to try out the pool.

The swimming pool was out of order upon our arrival. We where given an email address to complain to and they only responded 5 days later!. When we complained we where told that the beach was 200m away. We had to go to the beach on a day that it was extremely windy and 37 degrees! We where never updated on the pool despite asking twice a day. We will never stay here again nor recommend people to do so.

Little bed in little room, in an old building. Smells closed and old. Should renovate the building and facilities to meet the price range. Attention！No Aircon.

Room basic and the people next door sounded as though they were in our room. (Interconnecting door) Balcony nice to sit and read upon in the morning, whilst neighbours sang to each other. Downstairs was interesting and less basic. Reception staff very helpful, providing hot water for my teabags and extra blanket/duvet due to unseasonal cold and wet weather. Lovely garden and pools. Very close to Spain.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean, although the one in the basement smelled musty. The other room in the attic had a nice view. The neighborhood is great if you want to be near the beach. There are few restaurants or shops in the area, so you are left with the relatively high price of the hotel restaurant.

Nice room a bit dated but very clean. Close to the beach and the boat basin.

Was expecting a great deal more from this hotel, but was disappointed at the size of the room and bathroom. No air conditioning or screens on the windows and it was uncomfortably hot. Hidden fees for towels and difficult to find parking as this is a busy vacation spot during the summer months. Beds were hard, room could have used a lick of paint and renovating. Meal costs were pricy, but food was acceptable. However, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would not stay there again.

Only there for 1 night in what is clearly a "weekly stay" hotel. 2 great ambient pools, rooms great at price, breakfast as advertised and only 1 street back from seafront. Would happily stay her again - better for knowing location - sedure parking (underground & hence cool) available.

Établissement conforme à sa cotation. Les chambres sont tenues avec une extrême propreté. Le personnel très professionnel reste discret, attentif et bienveillant.

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre triple très propre salle de bains entièrement rénovée. Le petit déjeuner est très bien il y a beaucoup de choix et en très bonnes quantités. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement

Seul bémol, le bac à douche qui est si plat qu'on inondé le devant de la douche.
