Awesome breakfast, great location, clean and safe. The family who owns this is so nice and attentive. They helped give us restaurant recs that were delicious (go to Da Franco for pizza). We had an issue with our shower not draining properly and they fixed it within 30 minutes of me contacting. Overall amazing experience!

Location is good. Breakfast is very basic. Room and bathroom feel dated and not as clean especially the floor. You have to wear slippers or your socks will be black. It is not worth the value.

Liked the location. Everything was close by. The walls are a little thin and easy to hear other people but other than that, the staff was great. Ilaria was very nice, the breakfast lady was amazing.

I highly recommend Sorrento Relais. It is a quiet welcoming facility, small and family run. High standards throughout including clean and well organized. The facility is a reasonably short, level walk from the train/bus station. The neighborhood is safe. The breakfast has a good diversity of offerings.

The receptionist Ilaria saved this property from getting a bad review from me. She was very helpful on each occasion, communicated efficiently with me prior to arrival, and even fixed a plumbing problem in my room! But the A/C did not work well at all, and the weather was hot and humid during my stay. The sink had no stopper, which is dangerous for a contact lens wearer.

Location of property was good. Rooms are tiny. Almost like a prison cell. Noone was at reception for check-in or check-out. Very expensive for what it was. Terrible cancellation policies for a place that doesn't seem to have a problem selling out. Cannot recommend.

Iliana was ever so helpful, from texting ahead of arrival to meeting us later than planned, as well as checking updates for us on the status of the broken train line! We didn't see anyone from the staff team apart from the breakfast waitress but she too was very pleasant. The room was small but very clean and comfy, with everything we needed. The honesty bar/fridge was a great addition. Location was ideal for our stay.

This small hotel was very nice and in a good location. The rooms are small and simple but clean. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs, juice, meat, cheese, pastries. The staff was very helpful when we had questions. It was advertised that there was laundry but it was just a dryer and it could only be used 3:30-5:30 pm.

Decent effort put into the breakfast with cooked eggs and other items. Friendly helpful staff. Not a far walk from town center.

Clean and very friendly staff, especially the woman preparing breakfast. The negatives- bathroom had a cramped setup. Toilet was so close to the shower that I couldn’t sit comfortably without my knees hitting the shower wall. The room was warm when we entered after the day’s excursions. When we asked about the air conditioning, we were told it wasn’t working throughout the property. Opening the window cooled the room down after 30 minutes , but we were fortunate that temperatures weren’t hot outside.

Overall the room was excellent. Our only real problem was the HVAC system. Even we turned it off, it continued to pour heat out.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay close to the centre of Sorrento.

The room was basic but spacious and spotlessly clean. Location was ideal Staff were friendly and as we checked in late we needed them to come after normal hours, which they did most obligingly
