Breakfast was limited, nothing hot

Room cold and outside noise was loud

All the amenities we needed (bathroom, shower, heating system, elevator, etc) worked fine but there was evidence of poor upkeep and disrepair everywhere you looked. Breakfast choices were very limited on the Saturday morning but better on the Sunday morning where there were fewer guests. The bed was comfortable but made up with only a fitted sheet and a comforter. No flat sheet. The staff was helpful, polite, and professional. Overall, though the accommodations were adequate, I felt I had paid for a more luxurious stay than I got.

Room was ok, sleep was tough due to Loud heater that ran a lot and bath fan that was also loud and could not be turned off,

There was no sheets on the bed, only a comforter, gross!

The rooms were very dated. The trash can was cracked and a lot of things around the room were broken or extremely used. The receptionist was not very forthcoming with information. It was hard trying to figure out the parking without information and once we got into the parking it was extremely limited. I had a very hard time parking my truck behind the hotel. I was jammed between 2 other trucks. The breakfast options were good.

I would have liked the cleaning staff to come after 2 days but I had to ask for new towels... they should come every 2nd day and remove the used ones after 2 uses.

Bad customer Service. This hotel is completely inconsiderate. My flight was delayed by a full day, and they refused to let me cancel the reservation or adjust my check-in and check-out dates. I ended up having to pay for an extra night for nothing, with most of the cost non-refundable. Very disappointing experience!

The room was quiet The bed was comfortable The room was a bit dirty It was Wierd having the coffee machine in the bathroom.

The coffee machine was beside the toilet, in the bathroom!! Old room, but clean. Need new towels, all of them were stained or way over used.

Front desk staff were very friendly and outgoing. Hotel was decent, though the towels were very thin and threadbare, definitely not what I was expecting.

very disappointed in breakfast at least have eggs avaliable to cook it is at least one can do to help offset prices a warm egg in stead of dry clook like pancakes
