Beautiful location, pristine rooms, spacious. Excellent customer service, worth every cent.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were all excellent. The breakfast every morning was great and very convenient. They had coffee, tea and water available around the clock in the lobby which was a great convenience. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town. The rooms are large and have lots of amenities. I would recommend the hotel to families.

Great place to stay at with excellent breakfast. The 2 bedroom suite that we had was well appointed. Although we had some plumbing issue on our first night, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional service. The only thing was the TV—there were only 2 channels in English. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We liked the hotel a lot. Was clean and the rooms are big. We also loved the relatively quiet location in Polanco. A short walk to everything.

Staff extremely helpful especially daniel. Great breakfast. Super clean room n comfy. Great location. Got in late n check in was poor....young gal booked us in occucied room. She was not very helpful or courteous on arrival.

Everything was very nice. The excesive charge to use the laundry facilities (25 dollars) left a bad taste in my mouth...Besides that great stay. Lots of noise from construction happening next door as well

Such a lovely space with friendly staff and many amenities for myself and my children. Well situated location especially since we came at a time of protest and road blocks, this location is away from that
