The staff is great and it’s one of the best hotels l have stayed at over the past five years. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tunisia it has a relaxing atmosphere and the food was great especially the breakfast and the buffet at the Tunisia restaurant. Proximity to the beach is convenient. 5/5 ranking.

The Property has the best staff u can possibly encounter!! Starting at the front desk services, to room services , restaurant services, beach services, housekeeping , laundry and transportation were impeccable . The general manager and his assistant were very involved and highly concerned about each guest’s satisfaction . The property itself is beautiful and has a lovely beach and a great pool . Can be family or couple friendly . Location is great. Lots of night life around the hotel but Mind u the hotel itself has nightly entertainment in the lobby which was wonderful. I must say the beach restaurant had great grilled seafood and the portion were pretty generous. Essentially, throw your bags in your room and just have fun !! Thank u everyone for making this Tunisian experience uniquely memorable. Saïda, Nizar, Basma, houssam , Khalid , Aziz, Youssef, Hamidi, Mohammed, Naila , oldest, sofian, and so many others that I cannot recall their names were just super amazing !!! Our guide and driver ,Arabi ,was phenomenal which was arranged by Saïda and Basma. Smith airport transportation ( from and to).

Our stay at The Residence Tunis was, without exaggeration, one of the most exceptional holidays we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with such care and precision that it set the tone for the entire week. The airport transfer was seamless, the luggage porter attentive, and the reception team ensured that our check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The resort itself is absolutely picturesque. Each morning felt like something out of a dream, waking up to the gentle sound of birds, with the sea just beyond, and a view from our room that was simply breathtaking. That peaceful atmosphere stayed with us throughout our stay and made it incredibly difficult to leave. Every aspect of the experience was executed to a very high standard. The room service was prompt and consistent, breakfast offered both quality and variety, and the restaurants delivered a truly top-tier dining experience. We especially enjoyed our visits to El Dar, where the atmosphere, food, and hospitality made each evening memorable. The spa facilities were equally impressive — from the indoor thermal pool to the treatments themselves, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The private beach and outdoor pool added another layer of relaxation, while the music nights brought a lovely energy to the evenings.

Breakfast and room service were excellent, as was the bar and restaurant. Staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. It is a very peaceful environment.

Clean service and room, amaizing people. The only thing I wished they stoped allowing people to smoke inside the lounge area. Just for that, i would try an other place.

Wonderful customer service

Room was good. For the type of environment you are professing to be EVERY staff member should be kind and courteous. I did not see it or feel it. A few bad ones can ruin a rating. As a medical provider, no one was around the spa area downstairs. If someone were hurt or passed out, no one would know until another visitor went downstairs. There was no water available like in other spas. No place to put towels>>> attention to detail..simple things, no costs added, could be done.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was a bit cold and thermostat was difficult to figure out. TV remote did not match instructions provided. Breakfast was excellent. Servers very friendly and helpful. Spa and grounds were nice. Appreciate having towels provided at beach.

Beautiful property, lovely rooms, excellent food, but the best thing is the people! We would never stay anywhere else but with our Tunis family at the Residence.

The perfect place to rest, exercise in a wonderful pool relax at the bar eat very good food and enjoy one of the most wonderful staff from the reception to the house keeping , the waiter etc absolutely the best place to finish your adventure in Tunisia
