Don’t be out off by the theme park. Out of season, the hotel is ok!

We stay here as a family and always feel so welcome, staff are brilliant and food is always great. Another amazing break

Lovely clean hotel modern rooms lovely outdoor drinking area, Only downside was the girl on reception a proper sourpuss we were not made to feel welcome and we saw her on a cpl of other occasions and she never smiled a real let down

We had a lovely stay, no hot buffet breakfast as there weren’t enough people staying that morning but they offered us a limited menu to order off. Staff all very kind and helpful

It was an amazing experience with the little ones.. Never seen such clean rooms in london till now . Staff was helpful and understanding too which you hardly get anywhere.. We did late checkout request as my toddler was unwell and been to hospital too ,came home in the morning so for her good sleep we requested late checkout and they allowed us with a smile .

Great hotel

Great for ease of access to Drayton Manor Park. Friendly check in staff and very welcoming. Evening meal in restaurant was ok. Food was of a good standard but time to serve was not. Waited 30 minutes for 2 ice creams to find they hadn’t gone through the system. Staff very apologetic and knocked dessert and a bit extra off bill. Would definitely recommend stay there, maybe eat in bar area same menu as restaurant but more relaxed which we did on second night. Room comfortable and an adequate double sofa bed for my 3 year old granddaughter.

Great for a trip to Drayton manor, we got early access as we have season passes but this isn’t included unless you book direct otherwise. Breakfast buffet very busy and had to wait longer than most places but food was fine. If you want an evening meal book in advance as they offered us an evening meal on arrival which my son was then desperate to have but despite checking in at 4pm they could only offer 7.45pm (we hadn’t booked as hadn’t planned to eat there). It does say online to book in advance so this isn’t a complaint just a heads up incase you plan to eat in the evening. Generally a pleasant stay with friendly staff and we’d go back if we got another good deal!

Great if you are visiting Drayton Manor. Better Breakfast than expected. Parking was an extra cost if not booking direct.

Wonderful hotel in a Thomas tank engine room, very clean and staff are lovely and helpful

I booked to stay here to go to Thomasland, several days after booking i got a email to say the park would not be open during my stay. I went and book flights for another date and this hotel, only then to discover my original date the park was open. Emailed the hotel and they didnt want to know, dispite it being them who informed me wrong. It made the trip very costly. Would not recommend due to very poor customer service. Also 24 hours before my booking i got an email to say my family would not fit in room i booked, there was ample room in our room for our family. Our trip to thomasland was lovely but just unnecessary emails from hotel, never experienced this before!!

Would recommend this hotel. Our kids loved it!

Attending crufts at nec. Very easy to get there from hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for my niece wedding. The hotel and wedding staff were amazing and did such a commendable job. The bar staff and catering so professional and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel and function.

Was a great stay room really nice. Towel rack in bathroom could do with a change due to rust. Disappointed with the breakfast. Would stay again

We stayed on the ground floor room 016 and loved the cleanliness & child friendly & easily accessible areas like restaurant, playground, mini golf, kids disco. The dinner and breakfast were tasty and the staff friendly and helpful, mostly run by very young and polite people who would immediately check with manager if any problems or help needed. Great free internet everywhere on hotel premises. Will re-visit again. Thanks *****

Drayton Manor Hotel was superb. We had a room with 2 double beds. It was spotless, comfortable and spacious. Towels were exceptional. They really went the extra mile. Very child centred with a children's entertainer who was brilliant on Friday evening and a visit from the Fat Controller at dusty at breakfast So much fun. Being able to park in the hotel car park meant only a short walk to the park. Our visit exceeded our expectations
