Unpleasant smells of the carpet in front of the entrance. The customer is required to lay the futon and fold the futon (including covering and uncovering the white sheets on the futons and blankets).

Bad mouldy smell in the room! Couldn't sleep for the whole night! 

Easy to make communication with officers.

Great traditional japan hotel in center Beppu. They have kitchen, so you can cook and they have onsen. Only 5 minutes walk to Beppu Tower and 10 minutes walk to Beppu Eki

The location is nice, can walk to Beppu Tower, Railway Station and 2 shopping centers in Beppu (tokiwa &amp; youmea).

Lokasinya bagus, bisa jalan kaki ke Beppu Tower, Stasiun Kereta Api dan 2 pusat perbelanjaan yang ada di Beppu (tokiwa & youmea).
