The condition of the rooms are horrible, they don’t change the towels and the restroom conditions are disgusted. Do not stay here! terrible experience.

Location was perfect to center

Pictures provided in the app is not accurate,we had to change our room due to being old and nasty ,bathroom and shower was on a poor condition,the second room was alot better but still can use a remodel for sure

We were able to bring our pet with us. Very nice & clean.

Needs improvement

Facility still working on updating the rooms which will be a huge impact for the experience, but overall the property it’s in good shape. Definitely the service was exceptionally amazing.

When we got to the facilities the picture on the add did not match the room they provided and when we got their they advised that their WiFi was down. The tv wasn’t working as well and the room felt super hot

All the staff were really nice and attentive to us, can’t wait to comeback again.

I love the way I get treated here. I feel like royalty. It’s safe. People are really nice and helpful. Walking in the plaza is safe.

Gorgeous

The room was really old, We were relocated three different times. One night was raining really heavy that the water got into the room thought the window. There weren’t hand towels neither hair dryer nor iron machine/iron board. If you need some of them, you have to request them at the front desk and take them back as soon as you use them. Also you have to request the shower towels everyday to the cleaning staff

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Very simple rooms, clean enough. Mattress could be improved, it was an old spring mattress that you would usually find in a cheaper hotel. The parking is very limited if you are driving. A small parkade below the hotel and not much available on the street.

Booked room for (4) people, there were only 2 bath towels. No hand Towels and no Bath Rug/Foot Towel. Had to beg for (2) additional towels. 1st one hand towel and foot towel was brought and we had to explain to the lady again that we needed (4) bath towels total for the (4) adults staying in the room. She said, let me see what I can do at that point and did finally come back with the (2) bath towels so that each person could have their own.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast included was very poor, no eggs, no fruit No iron board No refrigerator:/ Everything else was ok

Location is great, staff friendly, ok cleaningless this hotel needs an urgent reno, for the price not having WiFi, a tiny parking and the offering of a very frugal "continental" breakfast is not good value for your money, I won't come back get better options within this area.
